4. Installation Instructions (Setup)
Safety Precautions:
- Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before installation to prevent electric shock.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
- Do not exceed the maximum load power specified for the dimmer.
Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Back Box: Ensure a standard electrical back box is installed in the wall. Typical back boxes are shown in Figure 4.1.
- Mount the Baseplate: Secure the dimmer's baseplate to the back box using appropriate screws.
- Wire the Dimmer: Connect the wiring according to the specific wiring diagram for your model (refer to Section 5). Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach the Knob Panel/Touch Panel: Carefully align and attach the dimmer's front panel (knob or touch panel) to the baseplate.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are checked, restore power at the circuit breaker.

5. Wiring Diagram
Proper wiring is essential for safe and correct operation. Refer to the diagrams below for your specific dimmer model.

Figure 5.1: Terminal Connections (E610/E610P)
Terminal Definitions:
- N: Neutral wire
- L: Live wire (Input)
- L1: Switched Live wire (Output to load for models with built-in switch)
- 1-10V / 0-10V: Dimming control signal output
- GND: Ground for control signal

Figure 5.2: Detailed Wiring Diagrams
Wiring Configurations:
- Dimming Only: Connect N and L to the dimmer input. Connect the 0-10V/1-10V output to the compatible LED driver's dimming input.
- Built-in Power Switch: For models with a built-in switch, connect L to the dimmer input, and L1 to the LED driver's power input. The 0-10V/1-10V output connects to the driver's dimming input.
- External Relay Connection: For controlling higher loads or specific applications, an external relay can be integrated. Connect the dimmer's L1 output to control the relay coil, which then switches the main power to the LED driver.
6. Operation
The E610P series dimmers offer smooth and flicker-free dimming for a comfortable lighting experience.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your dimmer, try the following solutions:
- No Power/No Light:
- Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is supplied to the dimmer.
- Verify all wiring connections are secure and correct according to the wiring diagram.
- Ensure the LED driver and light fixture are compatible with 0-10V or 1-10V dimming.
- Lights Not Dimming Properly:
- Confirm the LED driver is a dimmable type and compatible with 0-10V or 1-10V control.
- Check the dimming signal wires (+ and -) for correct polarity and secure connection.
- For RF models, ensure the dimmer is correctly paired with the remote or gateway (refer to Section 6).
- Flickering Lights:
- Ensure the total load connected does not exceed the dimmer's maximum capacity.
- Verify that the LED driver is stable and compatible with the dimmer's output.
- Check for loose wiring connections.
If the problem persists after attempting these steps, contact customer support for further assistance.
9. User Tips
- Test Compatibility: Before full installation, it's advisable to test the dimmer with your specific LED driver and fixtures to ensure full compatibility and desired dimming range.
- Optimal Placement: For RF wireless models, consider the placement of the dimmer and remote to ensure optimal signal reception, especially in environments with potential interference.
