9. Troubleshooting
- No Sound Output:
- Ensure both TX and RX units are powered on.
- Check all cable connections (microphone to TX, RX to mixer/speaker).
- Verify the volume level on the TX unit and your audio output device.
- Confirm that the TX and RX units are paired and showing a stable signal on their LCD displays.
- If using a 48V condenser microphone, ensure the TX is set to '48V' mode.
- Interference or Signal Drops:
- Ensure the TX and RX units are within the specified 50-meter operating range.
- Try to maintain a clear line of sight between the TX and RX units, avoiding large metal objects or other wireless devices that might cause interference.
- The system features automatic frequency matching; if interference persists, try restarting both units to allow them to find a new clear channel.
- Short Battery Life:
- Ensure both units are fully charged before use. A full charge provides 8-10 hours of operation.
- Check the charging cable and power source to ensure proper charging.
10. User Tips
- For optimal performance, ensure both the transmitter(s) and receiver are fully charged before use.
- When using a 48V condenser microphone, remember to switch the transmitter to '48V' mode by double-pressing the power button and then using the +/- buttons to select.
- If experiencing interference or signal drops, try to maintain a clear line of sight between the transmitter(s) and receiver and stay within the 50-meter operating range.
- The M-ONE system supports two transmitters simultaneously, allowing for dual microphone or instrument setups with a single receiver.
- Always power off the units when not in use to conserve battery life.
11. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
