1. Setup and Installation
1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the printer and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present and undamaged. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
1.2 Connecting the Printer
The XP-C260M printer offers multiple connectivity options. Connect the appropriate cables based on your model and requirements:
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the printer's power input and then to a suitable power outlet (AC 100-240V/ 50-60 Hz).

- Open the printer's top cover by pressing the 'OPEN' button or latch.
- Insert a new roll of 80mm thermal paper (79.5±0.5mm × φ80mm) into the paper compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.
- Pull a small length of paper out past the cutter.
- Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Basic Printing
Once the printer is connected and drivers are installed, you can initiate printing from your POS software or application. The printer supports direct line thermal printing on 80mm wide thermal paper.

3. Maintenance

3.2 Paper Roll Replacement
When the paper roll is depleted, follow the steps in Section 1.4 to replace it with a new 80mm thermal paper roll.

The thermal print head has a life expectancy of 150km, and the auto-cutter is rated for 1.5 million cuts. Regular cleaning and using high-quality thermal paper can help maximize their lifespan.

4.1 Indicator Lights
