  5. A full charge provides over 6 hours of continuous use.

8. Maintenance

  • Keep the microphone system clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Store the system in its protective carrying case when not in use to prevent damage.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the devices yourself, as this will void the warranty.

9. Troubleshooting

  • **No Sound**: Ensure both the Receiver and Transmitter are powered on and successfully paired (green RF indicator on Receiver). Check all cable connections to the mixer/amplifier. Verify the volume levels on all connected audio equipment.
  • **Interference/Poor Sound Quality**: Try changing the channel on the Receiver and re-syncing with the Transmitter. Ensure there are no obstructions between the Transmitter and Receiver. Keep other wireless devices away from the system.
  • **Feedback (Microphony)**: The system is designed to minimize feedback. If feedback occurs, try reducing the gain on your amplifier/mixer, repositioning the microphone slightly, or moving further away from the speakers.
  • **Short Battery Life**: Ensure both devices are fully charged before use. Battery life is approximately 6 hours of continuous use.

10. User Tips

  • The system is highly intuitive and easy to set up, even for users who are not highly technical.
  • The compact size of the components makes them very convenient for transport and use.
  • The microphone effectively captures the violin's sound with good clarity, even when not placed extremely close to the instrument.
  • The system features a 'no sound burst' function, preventing sudden loud noises when connecting or disconnecting, which is a significant improvement over older systems.
