4. Maintenance Instructions
- After each use, always reset the torque value to the minimum position. This helps maintain the screwdriver's accuracy and extends its service life.
- Keep the screwdriver clean and free from dust and debris.
- Avoid exposing the product to strong impacts.
- Do not use the torque screwdriver as a substitute for other tools.
- Prevent contact with acids, alkalis, or corrosive gases, as these can damage the tool.
- The measuring value of this product has been factory-calibrated. Do not attempt to disassemble the screwdriver without proper authorization, as this may lead to errors in measurement accuracy and void the warranty.
- If the screwdriver will not be used for an extended period, ensure the scale line is adjusted to the minimum torque value before storage.
5. Troubleshooting & Important Notes
- No "Click" Sound/Vibration: Ensure the torque value is correctly set and the adjustment knob is locked. If the issue persists, the fastener might already be at or above the set torque, or the tool may require servicing.
- Inaccurate Readings: Always reset the torque to zero after use. Avoid unauthorized disassembly, as this can affect calibration.
- Tool Damage: Do not use the screwdriver for tasks beyond its intended purpose or apply excessive force after the torque alarm.
- Environmental Exposure: Protect the tool from harsh chemicals and extreme conditions to prevent material degradation.
