2.2 Door Compatibility:
The RAYKUBE X50 is designed for wooden doors, steel doors, brass doors, and stainless steel doors. It fits doors with a thickness greater than 40mm. The handle direction is reversible, allowing for universal installation on both left and right-opening doors.

2.3 Initial Setup:
Refer to the included User Guide for detailed physical installation steps. After installation, power on the lock and proceed with the following:
2.3.1 Language Setup:
The system voice can be freely switched to 10 languages. To set the language:

2.3.2 Tuya APP Connection:
Download the Tuya APP by scanning the QR code provided in the product packaging or searching in your app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your lock to your home WiFi network. No additional gateway is required.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Unlocking Methods:

- 3D Face Recognition: The lock features a 3D facial module. Stand within 0.35-0.9 meters of the lock for quick recognition (less than 0.3 seconds). It works even with hats, glasses, or in low light conditions.
- Fingerprint Unlock: Place your registered finger on the semiconductor fingerprint sensor. It offers fast identification with a rejection rate of less than 0.01% and a capacity of 100 fingerprints.
- Password Unlock: Enter your registered password on the keypad. The lock supports virtual passwords, allowing you to enter arbitrary numbers before or after your correct password to prevent peeping.
- IC Card Unlock: Tap your registered IC card on the designated reading area. The lock supports up to 100 IC cards with encryption protection and dual verification. Lost cards can be voided.
- Tuya APP Unlock: Use the Tuya APP on your smartphone to remotely unlock the door.
- Mechanical Key Unlock: In case of emergency or power failure, use the provided mechanical keys. The keyhole is hidden for security.
3.2 Tuya APP Features:

- Remote Video Call & Two-Way Intercom: When someone rings the doorbell, your Tuya APP will receive a request call. You can see the visitor through the built-in camera and communicate using two-way audio. You can also change your voice (native, Dia, brother, uncle, machine) for privacy.
- Screenshot & Video Recording: During a video call, you can take screenshots or record video directly from the app. These videos are automatically saved to the app's alerts and logs.
- Temporary Passwords: Generate three types of temporary passwords for guests or service providers:
- Online Time-Limited Password
- Offline One-Time Password
- Offline Time-Limited Password
- Smart Linkage Home: The Tuya APP allows for intelligent linkage with other smart home devices. For example, you can use voice commands like "Hey Siri, unlock the door" (requires iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc., with the latest iOS/iPadOS and unlocked screen).

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Management:
The lock is equipped with a 4200mAh rechargeable lithium battery. A single full charge can last approximately 3 months. The lock will issue a low battery alert when the battery level is below 25%, prompting timely charging.

4.2 Emergency Power & Unlock:
If the battery runs out during use, you can:
- Connect a power bank to the USB charging port (Type-C) on the outdoor panel for emergency power.
- Use the mechanical key to unlock the door via the hidden keyhole.

4.3 Cleaning:
Clean the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
5. Troubleshooting and Alerts
5.1 Security Alerts:
The lock is equipped with several security features that trigger alerts:
- Trial & Error Alert: If continuous password attempts fail, the lock will temporarily lock for 3 minutes.
- Abnormal Visitors Alert: The camera automatically captures visitors and reports any abnormalities to the Tuya Smart APP.
- Low Battery Alert: An alarm will be issued when the battery level is below 25%.
- Anti-Prying Alert: A high-pitched alarm sounds and a notification is sent to your phone if violent lock picking is detected.

5.2 Common Issues:
- Lock not responding: Check battery level. If low, use emergency USB power or mechanical key.
- Fingerprint/Face recognition failure: Ensure the sensor/camera is clean. Re-register fingerprint/face if issues persist.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure your home WiFi is stable and the lock is within range. Restart the app or re-pair the lock if necessary.
