Setup
1. Remote Controller Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller.
- Insert 3 x 1.5 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment securely.
2. Drone Battery Installation & Charging
- Locate the battery slot on the drone.
- Insert the 3.7V 400mAh Lipo battery into the drone.
- To charge, connect the drone battery to the USB charger.
- Plug the USB charger into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
- Charging time is approximately 60 minutes. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (refer to charger instructions for specific light patterns).
3. Propeller Installation (if needed)
If propellers are not pre-installed or need replacement:
- Match the propellers to their corresponding motor shafts (usually marked A and B).
- Gently push the propellers onto the motor shafts until they are secure.
- Ensure the protective full-cover is correctly aligned around the propellers.
4. App Installation (for WiFi FPV & Advanced Features)
- Scan the QR code in the user manual or search for the designated drone app (e.g., "4DRC FPV") in your mobile app store (iOS/Android).
- Download and install the app.
- Enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device and connect to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named "4DRC-V37-XXXX").
- Open the app to access FPV view, gesture controls, trajectory flight, and other smart features.
Operating Instructions
1. Pairing the Drone and Remote Controller
- Place the drone on a flat, level surface.
- Turn on the drone's power switch. The drone's indicator lights will flash.
- Turn on the remote controller.
- Push the left joystick (throttle) all the way up, then all the way down. The drone's lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
2. Take-off and Landing
- One-Key Take-off: After pairing, press the One-Key Take-off button (refer to Figure 4 for button location). The drone will automatically ascend and hover at a certain altitude.
- Manual Take-off: After pairing, push both joysticks diagonally outwards to unlock the motors. Then, slowly push the left joystick (throttle) upwards to take off.
- One-Key Landing: Press the One-Key Landing button. The drone will automatically descend and land.
- Manual Landing: Slowly pull the left joystick (throttle) downwards until the drone lands. Once landed, push both joysticks diagonally inwards to stop the motors.
3. Flight Controls (Refer to Figure 4 for joystick functions)
- Left Joystick (Throttle): Up/Down for altitude control (Ascend/Descend).
- Right Joystick (Direction Lever): Up/Down for Forward/Backward flight. Left/Right for Sideward flight (Left/Right Fine-tuning).
- Fine-tuning Buttons: Use the fine-tuning buttons to correct any drift during flight.
4. Altitude Hold Mode

Figure 5: High Hold Mode maintains flight altitude for stability, suitable for beginners.
The V37 drone features an altitude hold mode function, which allows it to maintain a stable height automatically. This makes it easier for beginners to control and focus on directional flight.
5. Headless Mode
In headless mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot. This means you don't need to worry about which way the drone's 'head' is facing. To activate/deactivate, press the Headless Mode button on the remote controller.
6. 3D Flip / Stunt Rolling

Figure 6: Perform 360-degree aerial stunt rolling with a single click on the remote control.
To perform a 3D flip or stunt roll, fly the drone to a sufficient height. Press the 3D Flip button (refer to Figure 4) and then move the right joystick in the desired direction (forward, backward, left, or right) to execute the flip.
7. Trajectory Flight

Figure 7: Draw a desired flight trajectory on the app, and the drone will fly along the path automatically.
Using the mobile app, you can draw a desired flight path on your screen. The drone will then automatically follow this trajectory, providing an intelligent flight experience without constant manual control.
8. Gesture Photography/Video Recording

Figure 8: Use hand gestures to trigger photo or video recording with the drone's camera.
The drone supports hand gesture recognition for taking photos and videos. Aim at the camera and make specific gestures (e.g., a raised hand for a photo, a fist for video) to activate these functions. Refer to the app's instructions for specific gestures.
9. Speed Control
The remote controller includes a speed control button (refer to Figure 4) to adjust the drone's flight speed. This allows you to choose between different speed modes suitable for various flying environments and skill levels.
10. Night Navigation Lights

Figure 9: The drone is equipped with two bright LEDs at the bottom for night navigation.
The drone is equipped with two bright LEDs at the bottom, providing night navigation lights. These lights aid in visibility and orientation during low-light conditions, allowing for easier night flights.
11. Camera Operation (4K/8K HD & FPV)

Figure 10: The 8K camera offers excellent anti-shake performance and accurate focusing for high-quality photos.
- Fixed Focus Shooting: The camera features fixed focus for clear aerial photography.
- Adjustable Camera Angle: The camera angle can be manually adjusted to capture different perspectives.
- WiFi FPV: Connect your mobile device to the drone's Wi-Fi network to get a real-time first-person view (FPV) of the flight on your phone screen.
- HD Image Transmission: Enjoy high-definition image transmission without delay, allowing for real-time viewing and recording through the mobile app.
- 50x Zoom: The app may offer a 50x digital zoom feature for closer shots (refer to app interface for availability and usage).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone and remote controller. Avoid using water or solvents.
- Propeller Care: Regularly check propellers for damage (bends, cracks). Replace any damaged propellers immediately using the provided spare parts.
- Battery Storage: For long-term storage, charge the drone battery to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Do not store fully charged or fully depleted batteries for extended periods.
- Motor Care: Keep motors free from dust and debris. Avoid forcing the motors if they are obstructed.
Troubleshooting
