5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Replacement
When the remote control's performance degrades or it stops responding, replace the AAA batteries with new ones. Always use fresh batteries and dispose of old batteries responsibly.
5.2 Cleaning
To clean the remote, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these may damage the device.
6. Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding: Check if the Nano Receiver is securely plugged into the USB port. Ensure the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge.
- Air mouse cursor erratic or unresponsive: Re-calibrate the gyroscope by placing the remote on a flat surface for a few seconds.
- Voice input not working: Verify that "Google Assistant" or a similar voice assistant application is installed and properly configured on your Android TV Box. Ensure the microphone is not obstructed.
- IR learning failure: Make sure the original IR remote is within 2-3 cm of the G30S during the learning process. Ensure the original remote's battery is not low. Repeat the learning steps carefully.
