Important Note on Audio Output:

This unit outputs sound through AUX. Please confirm that your car has an AUX function before ordering. If there is no AUX on your car, you will need to add an FM transmitter to produce audio. Be aware that the sound quality may not be as good as with a direct AUX connection.

3.4. GPS Antenna Installation Guide

For optimal GPS performance, follow these steps:

  1. Before affixing the GPS antenna, clean the designated surface thoroughly.
  2. Remove the backing from the adhesive tape and firmly press the GPS antenna onto the cleaned surface.
  3. Route the cable: Remove the side cover of your car's interior. Guide the GPS antenna cable through the storage box until it reaches the control panel where the multimedia player will be installed.
  4. Secure the cable: Use cable ties to secure the GPS antenna cable to prevent it from interfering with other components or becoming loose.
  5. Connect the GPS antenna's plug to the corresponding port on the multimedia player.

Notes for GPS Antenna Installation:

  • Ensure the system power is OFF when connecting the GPS antenna.
  • Do not shorten or extend the GPS cable, as this may cause short circuits or malfunctions.
  • Install the antenna on a leveled surface with minimal obstructions to radio waves.
  • Avoid interfering with the steering wheel or gear lever with the GPS antenna.
