  • Low Battery Alarm: The lock will provide a low-voltage alarm when battery power is low (around 5.1V). Replace batteries promptly.
  • Emergency Power: If the batteries completely run out, you can use a power bank connected via the Type-C port for emergency power to unlock the door.
  • Mechanical Key: Always keep the mechanical keys in a safe, accessible location outside the locked area for emergency access.
  • Anti-Peeping Passcode: If you suspect someone is observing you enter your passcode, utilize the 20-bit virtual passcode feature by entering random digits before or after your actual code.

7. User Tips

  • Door Sensor for Auto-Lock: For reliable automatic locking, ensure the smart door sensor is correctly installed and aligned. This will trigger the lock automatically when the door is closed.
  • Rechargeable Batteries: While the lock uses CR123A dry batteries, some users inquire about rechargeable 3.7V 123A Lithium batteries. Always verify compatibility with the manufacturer to avoid potential damage or voiding warranty.
  • Doors Without Handles: The N1 lock is designed to replace existing cylinders. If your door does not have an existing handle, you may need to purchase options that include handles (e.g., Option 3 or 4) or ensure your door mechanism is compatible with the cylinder-only version.
  • Mortise vs. Cylinder: The RAYKUBE N1 primarily replaces the cylinder, retaining your existing mortise lock body. This simplifies installation significantly.
  • TT Lock App Setup: When setting up the lock with the TT Lock App, keep your phone close to the lock for a stable Bluetooth connection.
