Setup

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the watch screen and strap with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Water Resistance: The S1 Pro has an IP68 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, showering, and swimming in shallow water. However, it is not recommended for diving, hot water activities, or exposure to high-pressure water.

Troubleshooting
- Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Place it on the wireless charger for at least 30 minutes.
- Cannot pair with phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch.
- Make sure the "Shark Wear" app is installed and running.
- Restart both the watch and your phone.
- Ensure your phone meets the system requirements (Android 5.0 / iOS 11.0 or above).
- Display issues: If the screen is unresponsive, try restarting the watch. If issues persist, ensure the screen is clean and dry.
- App compatibility: The Black Shark S1 Pro does not support apps from the Google Play Store directly on the watch. Functionality is managed through the "Shark Wear" companion app.
- Language support: The watch supports multiple languages, including English, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Italian, French, German, Norwegian, Korean, Japanese, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Dutch, Arabic, Indonesian, and Greek.
