5.2 Battery Care

The keyboard is equipped with a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery. To prolong battery life:

  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Charge the keyboard regularly, even if not used daily.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Keyboard Not Responding

  • Wired Mode: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your device. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • 2.4G Wireless Mode: Ensure the 2.4G USB receiver is properly inserted and the keyboard is switched to 2.4G mode. Try re-pairing by unplugging and re-plugging the receiver.
  • Bluetooth Mode: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • All Modes: Check if the keyboard battery is charged. Connect the keyboard via Type-C cable to charge and test.

6.2 Backlight Not Working

  • Ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged. Low battery can disable backlighting.
  • Check backlight control key combinations (e.g., Fn + arrow keys or dedicated backlight keys) to ensure it hasn't been turned off or set to minimum brightness.

6.3 Keys Not Registering
