Cooking Functions:
- Hot Pot: Place the cooking pot on the base. Add water or broth and your desired ingredients. Select 'High Heat' to bring to a boil, then adjust to 'Medium' or 'Low' for simmering.
- Stir-Frying/Frying: Place the baking tray or cooking pot on the base. Add a small amount of oil. Select 'High Heat' for quick stir-frying or 'Medium' for general frying.
- Steaming: Place the cooking pot with water on the base. Place the stainless steel steamer on top of the cooking pot. Arrange food in the steamer. Cover with the glass lid. Select 'High Heat' to bring water to a boil, then reduce to 'Medium' or 'Low' as needed.
- Stewing/Braising: Use the cooking pot. Add ingredients and liquid. Select 'Medium Heat' and cover with the lid for slow cooking.
