Troubleshooting
- Only one earphone works: If only one earphone is playing audio, try resetting both earphones as described in the "Resetting the Earphones" section under Setup, then re-pair them with your device.
- Noise filtering (ENC) not effective: The MT2 earphones feature Dual-mic ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) primarily for calls, which helps reduce background noise for the person you are speaking to. While it aids in clearer communication, it is not Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) for immersive listening and may not completely eliminate all ambient noise for the user.
- No sound: Ensure the earphones are properly paired and connected to your device. Check the volume levels on both your device and the earphones.
- Earphones not charging: Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the charging case and the power source. Ensure the earphones are correctly seated in the charging case. Check the charging indicator lights.
User Tips
- Optimal Fit: Experiment with the different sizes of replaceable ear tips to find the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A good fit enhances sound quality and passive noise isolation.
- Call Quality: The Dual-mic ENC feature is particularly effective for calls, helping to suppress environmental noise so the person on the other end can hear you more clearly, even in busy environments.
- Re-pairing for Connectivity Issues: If you experience intermittent connectivity or issues with both earphones working together, performing a reset and re-pairing them often resolves the problem.
