This product utilizes existing GSM/GPRS networks and GPS satellites to offer multiple functions including security, tracking, surveillance, emergency alerts, and management. It allows you to locate and manage any remote target via SMS or the internet.

Setup Guide

1. SIM Card Installation

  1. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting the SIM card.
  2. Open the SIM card slot cover on the tracker.
  3. Insert a 2G GSM SIM card into the slot with the correct orientation. Ensure the SIM card has sufficient balance and GPRS data enabled.
  4. Close the SIM card slot cover securely.

2. Wiring the Device

Connect the 12PIN wiring harness to the tracker and your vehicle's electrical system according to the diagram below. Proper wiring is crucial for correct functionality and to prevent damage.

Key Wiring Connections:

  • Red Wire: Connect to vehicle's positive power supply (+12V / +24V).
  • Black Wire: Connect to vehicle's negative power supply (Ground).
  • Orange Wire: Connect to ACC (Accessory) power, which is live when the ignition is on.
  • White Wire: Connect to the fuel pump or engine cut-off relay (for remote engine cut-off function).
  • Yellow Wire: Connect to the SOS button (if applicable).
  • Green Wire: Connect to the external microphone.
  • Other wires (e.g., Blue, Pink, Brown, Grey, Purple, Light Blue) are for additional functions like door sensors, alarm output, oil sensor, external speaker, and external LED. Refer to the detailed diagram for specific connections.

3. Physical Installation

Choose a discreet and secure location within your vehicle or motorcycle for installation. Ensure the tracker has a clear view of the sky for optimal GPS signal reception. Avoid placing it near large metal objects that could interfere with signals.

Recommended locations for motorcycles include:

  • Under the seat
  • Near the headlight shade
  • Near the rear light
  • Attached to the stopwatch (if applicable)

4. Initial Power On

After completing the SIM card installation and wiring, connect the tracker to the vehicle's power supply. The device will power on automatically. Observe the LED indicators for status (GPS signal, GSM signal).

Operating Instructions

1. Accessing the Tracking Platform (TrackerHome v3.0)

To utilize the full features of your GPS tracker, you can access the online tracking platform or mobile application. The platform is named "TrackerHome v3.0".

  1. Choose the right server: On the login page, select the appropriate server (Server 1, Server 2, or Server 3) based on your region or provider's instructions.
  2. Validate your IMEI: Input your device's IMEI number to validate it.
  3. Download Mobile App: Scan the provided QR codes for iOS or Android to download the "TrackerHome" mobile application.

2. Registering an Account and Adding Terminal

TrackerHome v3.0 registration and login process. Step 3 shows clicking 'register' to create an account. Step 4 shows inputting newly registered user ID and password to login.

  1. Register: If you are a new user, click the "Register" button on the login screen. A dialog box will pop up for account registration. Follow the prompts to create your User ID and Password.
  2. Login: After successful registration, input your newly registered User ID and Password into the login fields and click "Login".

  1. Add Terminal: Once logged in, navigate to "System Settings" and then "Terminal Management". Select "add terminal" to link your GPS tracker to your account using its IMEI number.

3. SMS Commands (Basic Tracking)

You can also control and query the tracker via SMS commands from your authorized mobile number. Refer to the full command list in the detailed manual (if available) or contact support for specific commands.

  • Get Location: Send a specific SMS command (e.g., "GPS" or "URL") to the tracker's SIM card number to receive a location link or coordinates.
  • Set Admin Number: Use an SMS command to set your phone number as the authorized admin number for receiving alerts and sending commands.

4. Alarm Functions

The tracker supports various alarm functions that can be configured via the tracking platform or SMS commands:

  • Vibration Alarm: Triggers if the vehicle is vibrated.
  • Geo-fence Alarm: Alerts when the vehicle enters or exits a predefined geographical area.
  • Power Failure Alarm: Notifies if the tracker's main power supply is disconnected.
  • Overspeed Alarm: Sends an alert if the vehicle exceeds a set speed limit.
  • Movement Alarm: Triggers if the vehicle moves from its parked location.
  • SOS Alarm: Activated by pressing an external SOS button (if connected), sending an emergency alert to pre-set numbers.

5. Remote Control (TK303G only)

The TK303G model includes a remote control for convenient arming/disarming and other functions. Refer to the remote control's specific instructions for pairing and usage.

Maintenance

  • Keep Dry: The device is not waterproof. Keep it dry to prevent damage.
  • Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Battery Care: The internal battery provides backup power. For optimal performance, ensure the device is connected to the vehicle's power supply. The battery life is rated for "30 Hours & Up" in standby mode.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically check the wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
  • SIM Card: Ensure the 2G SIM card remains active and has sufficient credit/data for continuous operation.
