7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the light body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Water Resistance: The light is IPX6 waterproof, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets. It can withstand heavy rain and splashes but should not be submerged in water.
  • Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.

8. Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check the battery indicator. If the light still doesn't turn on after charging, contact support.
Light does not charge:
Check the USB-C cable and charging adapter. Try a different cable or power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
Short battery life:
Ensure the light is fully charged before use. High brightness modes consume more power; try using lower brightness modes for longer runtimes. Battery performance can degrade over time with repeated charge cycles.
Light flickers or turns off unexpectedly:
This may indicate a low battery. Recharge the light. If the issue persists after a full charge, contact support.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal visibility and safety, always use the appropriate light mode for your riding conditions (e.g., Daytime Flash during the day, steady modes at night).
  • Regularly check that the light is securely mounted to prevent it from falling off during rides.
  • Keep the lens clean to ensure maximum light output and beam clarity.
