Operating Instructions
Function Modes
The GSB 12V 30 offers three primary modes, selectable via a switch on the tool:
- Screwdriver Mode: For driving and removing screws.
- Flat Drilling Mode: For drilling into wood and metal without impact.
- Impact Drilling Mode: For drilling into masonry and brick walls with impact action.
Speed Regulation
The tool features a two-speed mechanical gearbox and electronic stepless speed regulation:
- 1st Gear: Low speed, high torque, ideal for driving screws and larger drilling diameters.
- 2nd Gear: High speed, lower torque, suitable for smaller drilling diameters and faster work.
- Electronic Stepless Speed Regulation: The trigger allows for variable speed control; press lightly for slower speeds and harder for faster speeds.
Torque Setting
Adjust the torque ring to select the desired torque level (20 settings available) or switch to drilling/impact drilling modes. This prevents over-tightening screws or damaging materials.
Forward/Reverse Rotation
A switch near the trigger allows you to select forward (clockwise) or reverse (counter-clockwise) rotation. The middle position locks the trigger for safety during transport or bit changes.
