1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Tuya WiFi Plant Hydroponics System. This intelligent indoor gardening system allows you to grow plants, herbs, vegetables, and flowers efficiently using soilless cultivation and smart controls.

4. Setup Instructions

1. Assemble the System:
   • Insert the Light Post into the designated slot on the Water Tank.
   • Attach the Light Hood to the top of the Light Post.
   • Place the Water Pump into the water tank, ensuring it is securely positioned.
2. Prepare Seed Pods:
   • Place one Seed Pot into each Plant Cup.
   • Insert your chosen seeds into the Seed Pots. (Seeds are not included).
   • Cover each Plant Cup with a Grow Dome.
   • Place the prepared Plant Cups into the 14 planting holes on the Water Tank.
3. Fill Water Tank:
   • Fill the Water Tank with clean water up to the 5L mark.
   • Add the provided nutrients according to the instructions on the nutrient bottles. Ensure correct ratio.
4. Connect Power:
   • Connect the Power Adapter to the system and then plug it into a suitable power outlet (120V 50HZ for US plug, or 220V EU Plug depending on model).

   • Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from your mobile app store.
   • Follow the in-app instructions to add your Hydroponics System.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Control Panel Operation

The system features a touch control panel on the Light Hood. Use these buttons to select the appropriate lighting cycle:

• Power Supply: Turns the system on/off.
• Seeding Mode: Optimized light cycle for seed germination.
• Vegetables Mode: Optimized light cycle for leafy greens and herbs.
• Fruits & Flowers Mode: Optimized light cycle for flowering and fruiting plants.
• Water Pump: Manually controls the water pump. The pump automatically runs for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off during normal operation.

5.2. Adjusting Light Height

The LED grow light's height can be adjusted to suit the growth stage of your plants. Gently slide the light hood up or down the light post. The height ranges from a minimum of 220mm to a maximum of 526mm.

5.3. Smart App Control (Intelligent Version Only)

Utilize the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app for advanced control and monitoring:

6.1. Water and Nutrient Management

• Monitor Water Level: Regularly check the water level indicator on the tank. Refill with fresh water when the level is low.

6.2. Cleaning

• Detachable Light Pole: For thorough cleaning of the water tank and other components, the LED light pole can be detached to prevent short circuits.
• Water Pump Filter: Periodically unplug the system and remove the filter sponge at the bottom of the water pump. Clean any debris or jams to ensure optimal performance and prevent noise.
