2. Safety Information

4. Product Overview
4.1 Physical Features

4.2 Ports and Controls

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Placement
Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. The flexible stand allows you to adjust the projection angle up to 180 degrees. For best results, ensure the projector lens is perpendicular to your projection surface.
5.2 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the POWER port on the projector.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable AC power outlet (AC90-260V/50-60MHZ, 110-220V).
- Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn it on.
5.3 Focus Adjustment
The HY300 Plus features electronic focusing for sharp images. Use the focus buttons on the remote control to adjust the image clarity until it is crisp and clear.

5.4 Keystone Correction
The projector supports automatic keystone correction (up and down) and 4P/4D keystone correction (up to ±45%) to adjust for distorted images when the projector is not perfectly aligned with the screen. This ensures a rectangular image even when projected at an angle.

6. Operating
6.1 Android 11 System & Apps
The HY300 Plus runs on Android 11, providing access to a wide range of applications from the app store. Navigate the interface using the remote control to browse, download, and use your favorite streaming services, games, and other apps.

6.2 WiFi Connectivity
Connect the projector to your home network using its dual-band WiFi (2.4G & 5G) capabilities for seamless online streaming and app usage.
- Go to 'Settings' on the Android interface.
- Select 'Network & Internet' and then 'Wi-Fi'.
- Choose your desired network and enter the password if prompted.

6.3 Bluetooth Connectivity
The projector features Bluetooth 5.0, allowing you to connect external audio devices like speakers or headphones, as well as input devices such as keyboards and mice for enhanced control.
- Go to 'Settings' and select 'Connected devices'.
- Turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.

6.4 Screen Mirroring
Mirror your smartphone or tablet screen wirelessly to the projector via WiFi for easy sharing of content.
- Ensure your projector and mobile device are connected to the same WiFi network.
- On the projector, open the screen mirroring application (e.g., AirScreen for iOS, Miracast for Android).
- On your mobile device, activate screen mirroring/casting and select the projector from the list of available devices.

6.5 Media Playback
The projector supports various image and video file formats, including JPG, BMP, PNG for images, and full-format decoding for videos (HEVC/VP9/AVS2/AVC 4K@60fps, MPEG1/MPEG2/AV1 1080p/60fps). You can play media directly from a USB drive or through installed applications.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Lens Care
The HY300 Plus comes with a lens protection cover to prevent dust from entering and damaging the lens. Always place the cover on the lens when the projector is not in use.

7.2 Cleaning
- Exterior: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the projector's exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Lens: Use a lens cleaning cloth or specialized lens cleaning solution to gently clean the lens. Avoid touching the lens with your fingers.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air if necessary.
8. Troubleshooting
- No image:
- Check if the power cord is securely connected and the projector is turned on.
- Verify the input source (HDMI, USB) is correctly selected.
- Ensure the lens cap is removed.
- Blurry image:
- Adjust the focus using the remote control's electronic focus buttons.
- Ensure the projection distance is within the recommended range (1.2-4M).
- Distorted image (trapezoid shape):
- Use the keystone correction feature to adjust the image geometry. The projector supports auto keystone correction.
- No sound:
- Check the volume settings on the projector and any connected external audio devices.
- Ensure external speakers or headphones are properly connected via the 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth.
- Verify the audio output settings in the Android system.
- WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity issues:
- Ensure the projector is within range of your WiFi router or Bluetooth device.
