5.1 Physical Installation
- Power Disconnection: Ensure the main power supply to the circuit is completely turned off before beginning installation.
- Mounting: Mount the circuit breaker onto a standard 35MM Din Rail. Ensure it is securely clipped into place.
- Wiring: Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires to the corresponding input terminals at the top of the device. Ensure power enters from the top. Connect the load wires to the output terminals at the bottom. Refer to the wiring diagram below.

5.2 App Installation and Device Pairing (eWeLink)
- Download App: Download the eWeLink app from your smartphone's app store (Android/iOS).
- Register/Login: Open the eWeLink app and register a new account or log in with an existing one.
- Add Device: Power on the circuit breaker. The indicator light should start blinking, indicating it's in pairing mode. In the eWeLink app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device. The app will search for nearby devices.
- Manual Pairing: If the device is not found automatically, or if the indicator light is not blinking, press and hold the button on the circuit breaker for 5 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly. Then, follow the in-app instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the device will appear in your eWeLink app, and the indicator light on the circuit breaker will turn solid blue.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Remote ON/OFF Control
From the eWeLink app, you can remotely turn the circuit breaker ON or OFF by tapping the power icon associated with your device.
6.2 Energy Monitoring
The device provides real-time monitoring of electricity consumption (kWh), current, voltage, and power. Access this data through the 'Consumption' section in the eWeLink app. You can view historical data by year, month, day, or hour.

6.3 Timer Functions
The eWeLink app supports various timer modes:
- Countdown Mode: Set a countdown timer for the device to turn ON or OFF after a specified duration.
- Timed Mode: Schedule specific ON/OFF times for the device (e.g., turn on lights at 18:00).
- Recurring Timer Mode (Loop Timer): Set a repeating schedule for the device to cycle ON/OFF (e.g., turn on at 6:00, turn off at 8:00 daily).

6.4 Protection Settings (OPS - Over-Protection Settings)
The device offers functional protection with adjustable thresholds. These settings can be configured in the eWeLink app under 'Device Settings' -> 'OPS'. The protection tripping switch can be turned ON or OFF for each parameter.
- Min. Power: Adjustable range 1W-5000W.
- Max. Power: Adjustable range 1W-15000W.
- Min. Voltage: Adjustable range 76V-220V.
- Max. Voltage: Adjustable range 220V-300V.
- Max. Current: Adjustable range 0.1A-63A.

6.5 Voice Control
Integrate your circuit breaker with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for convenient voice control. Once linked, you can simply give voice commands to turn the device ON or OFF.

6.6 Power Failure Memory
The device is equipped with a power failure memory function. In the event of a power outage, it will retain its last state (ON or OFF) and automatically return to that state when power is restored. This setting can be configured in the app under 'Power-on State'.

6.7 App Interface Overview

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspection: Periodically check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
- Firmware Updates: Keep the eWeLink app and device firmware updated to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
8. Troubleshooting
- Device not pairing: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check if the indicator light is blinking rapidly. If not, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Ensure your phone is close to the device and router during pairing.
- Remote control not working: Check your internet connection and the device's WiFi connection (solid blue indicator light). Ensure the eWeLink app is updated.
- Protection not triggering: Verify that the protection tripping switches are enabled for the desired parameters in the 'OPS' settings within the eWeLink app. Ensure the set thresholds are appropriate for your load.
- Unable to update firmware: Check your internet connection. Ensure the device has stable power. Try restarting the app and the device.
- Device turns off unexpectedly: Check your protection settings (Min/Max Power, Min/Max Voltage, Max Current) in the 'OPS' section of the app. The device may be tripping due to a parameter exceeding its set limit.
9. User Tips
- Current Limit Adjustment: If you encounter issues with the device cutting power at unexpected current levels (e.g., above 10A), verify and adjust the 'Max. Current' setting in the 'OPS' section of the eWeLink app to match your load requirements.
- Short Circuit Protection: The device's current limit feature acts as a form of overcurrent protection. In the event of a short circuit, if the current exceeds the set 'Max. Current' threshold, the device is designed to trip and cut power.
- App Updates: Regularly check for eWeLink app updates to ensure compatibility and access to the latest features and bug fixes.
