5.2 Lens Care

The projector uses a Super HD Glass Lens. To ensure clear images, gently clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

5.3 Cooling System

The projector utilizes a dual-fan cooling system. Ensure that the air vents are not obstructed to prevent overheating. Keep the projector in a well-ventilated area.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Image is blurry after auto-focus.

If the image remains slightly blurry after the automatic focus adjustment, you can manually fine-tune it using the electric focus function on the remote control.

6.2 Auto-focus or auto keystone correction is inaccurate.

  • Ambient Light: Avoid turning on the projector under ultra-high brightness ambient light, as excessive light can affect the accuracy of auto-focus.
  • Obstacles: Do not project images directly onto obstacles. The automatic obstacle avoidance range is limited to corners, and projecting onto obstacles may lead to inaccurate focus or keystone correction.
  • Projection Angle: For auto keystone correction, ensure the angle between the projected image and the projection surface is within 30°. Significant deviations may affect the correction quality.
  • Manual Adjustment: After automatic keystone correction, if there are still deviations, you can manually adjust it in the projector's settings menu.

6.3 Auto screen fitness is not working correctly.

The automatic screen fitness feature relies on recognizing black borders. Ensure you are using a projection screen with clearly defined black borders for this function to work optimally.

7. User Tips

  • For the best viewing experience, especially for movies and detailed content, use the projector in a dark or dimly lit room.
  • Always ensure the projection surface is flat and free from obstructions to allow the auto-correction features to work most effectively.
  • When using screen mirroring or casting features, verify that both your mobile device and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for a stable connection.
  • Explore the Android 9.0 OS settings to customize your viewing preferences, network connections, and app installations.

8. Warranty and Support

For any questions regarding the use, setup, or troubleshooting of your ISINBOX S18 Smart Projector that are not covered in this manual, please consult customer service. Keep your purchase receipt for any warranty claims.
