  • Water Resistance: The watch is IP68 dustproof and waterproof. This means it can withstand dust, splashes, and brief immersion in shallow water. However, it is NOT suitable for diving, hot water, saunas, or high-pressure water activities. Avoid exposing the watch to soap, shampoo, or other chemicals as they may damage the seals.
  • Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not connecting to app: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and the watch is within range. For China version watches, verify that the Xiaomi Sports Health App region is set to "China Mainland".
  • Inaccurate health measurements: Ensure the watch is worn correctly and snugly on your wrist. Remain still during measurements, especially for blood pressure. Clean the sensors regularly.
  • Short battery life: Battery life can vary based on usage. Features like Always-On Display (AOD), frequent health monitoring, and extensive Bluetooth call usage will consume more power. Check if AOD is enabled (typical mode: 9 days, AOD mode: 5 days).
  • Fall detection not working: While highly sensitive, the fall detection algorithm may not detect all falls. It is designed to assist in emergencies but should not be solely relied upon.
  • ECG feature missing: Please note that the new version of the Xiaomi Watch H1E does not support electrocardiograms (ECG).
  • Wristband damage: If the airbag wristband is damaged (e.g., a hole), contact customer support for replacement options.
