Setup

1. Wearing the Earphones

For optimal sound quality and a secure fit, choose the correct size eartips and adjust the earhooks.

1. Put the earhook over your ear.
2. Insert the eartip into your ear canal.
3. Adjust the earhook to a comfortable and secure position.

2. Initial Pairing

The C6 earphones feature one-step pairing for convenience.

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "C6" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the LED indicator on the earbuds will change.

The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Smart Touch Controls

The C6 earphones are equipped with sensitive touch controls for hassle-free listening and call management. The touch area is typically located on the outer surface of each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Double-click (x2) either earbud.
• Skip Tracks (Forward): Hold either earbud for 2 seconds (2").
• Volume +/-: Click once (x1) on the appropriate earbud (specific earbud for +/- may vary, test or refer to quick start guide).
• Answer Call: Click once (x1) either earbud.
• Reject/Hang up Call: Hold either earbud for 2 seconds (2").
• Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Click three times (x3) either earbud.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds if they are out of the case and off.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds until they power off.

Dual LED Power Display

The charging case features a dual LED display to show the remaining battery power of the case and the individual earbuds.

Charging

The C6 earphones provide up to 8 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case extending this to a total of 40 hours. The charging case supports USB-C fast charging.

• Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the charging status of each earbud.
• Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included). The LED display will show the charging progress of the case.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the eartips and the mesh screens of the earbuds to prevent wax buildup, which can affect sound quality. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Water Resistance

The C6 earphones are IP7 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and splashes. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities.

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are fully charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to reset. Try re-pairing with your device.
• Only one earbud working: Check if both earbuds are charged. Try placing them back in the case and taking them out again. Ensure they are not connected to another device in single-earbud mode.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the eartips provide a good seal in your ear canal. Clean any debris from the earbud mesh. Check your device's volume and audio settings.
• Earbuds not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check for any debris in the charging port of the case or on the earbud charging contacts.
• Bluetooth connection unstable: Ensure your device is within the effective range (typically 10 meters) of the earbuds. Avoid obstacles between the earbuds and your device.
