Before first use, and periodically thereafter, ensure your EAFC Car Jump Starter is fully charged.
Initial Charging:
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the jump starter's input port.

9. Troubleshooting
Device Not Turning On / Not Charging:
- Ensure the device is charged. If the battery is completely drained, it may take a few minutes to show a charging indicator.
- Check the charging cable and adapter for damage.
Vehicle Not Starting:
- Verify that the jump starter is fully charged.
- Check that the jumper clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals (Red to +, Black to -).
- Ensure the vehicle's battery is not completely dead. If the battery is severely discharged, the jump starter may not be able to provide enough power.
- Allow the jump starter to remain connected for 30-60 seconds before attempting to start the vehicle, especially in cold weather.
- If the vehicle still does not start after several attempts, there may be a larger issue with the vehicle's battery or starting system. Consult a professional mechanic.
Fast Discharge/Charge at Low Battery:
- The charge or discharge speed may appear fast when the jump starter's power is below 15%. This is a normal characteristic of high-rate lithium batteries and does not indicate a defect or affect product quality.
10. User Tips
- For optimal performance, always ensure your jump starter is fully charged before a long trip or when anticipating cold weather.
- While the device can charge phones and tablets, its efficiency for this purpose is approximately 50%. Use it primarily for emergency jump-starting.
- The built-in compass can be a useful tool for navigation during outdoor activities like camping or mountaineering.
- The device is designed to withstand temperatures from -20℃ to +60℃, making it reliable in various climates.
