ENWOR T31 Industrial Endoscope Camera User Manual

1. Introduction

This high-performance industrial endoscope is equipped with a high-definition color IPS screen. The host features an ergonomic design, allowing main function buttons to be controlled with one hand.

The product supports taking photos and recording videos, which can be saved to a TF memory card (Micro-SD card). It includes a built-in 2600mAh rechargeable lithium battery (detachable) that provides up to 3 hours of continuous operation.

The camera cable is replaceable, and various specifications are available for length, diameter, depth of field, and angle of view to suit different inspection scenarios.

2. Safety and Maintenance

  • Do not violently hit the camera head, and do not pull the cable forcefully.
  • When using in an environment with sharp protrusions, please use it carefully to prevent the probe's waterproof protective layer from being scratched.
  • The camera is not made of high-temperature resistant material. When checking a car engine, please ensure that the temperature inside the engine drops to normal temperature before use.
  • When not in use, please keep the lens and the main unit clean and dry to avoid contact with oil stains or other corrosive hazardous materials.
  • This product is not suitable for people with limited physical senses or mental abilities.

4. Product Overview

4.1. Device Layout

4.2. Button Functions

  1. Photo/Video Button: Short press to take a photo. Long press to record a video.
  2. Rotate Button: Rotates the image 180°.
  3. Menu/Back Button: Accesses the menu or returns to the previous screen.
  4. OK/Switch Camera Button: Confirms selections or switches between camera views (front, side A, side B for multi-lens models).
  5. Up/Zoom Out Button: Navigates up in menus or zooms out of the image.
  6. Down/Zoom In Button: Navigates down in menus or zooms into the image.
  7. Power Button/LED Brightness Adjustment: Short press to adjust the LED brightness. Long press to power on/off the device.

4.3. Ports and Slots

  • TF Card Slot: For inserting a Micro-SD card to store photos and videos.
  • Reset Button: Used to reset the device if it becomes unresponsive.
  • Charging Port (Type-C): For connecting the charging cable to power the device.

5. Setup Guide

5.1. Inserting the TF Card

  1. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting the TF card.
  2. Confirm the correct orientation of the TF card before inserting it into the TF card slot.
  3. Do not use excessive force when inserting or unplugging the TF card to prevent damage to the card slot structure.

5.2. Connecting the Camera Cable

The endoscope features a split design with a replaceable camera cable. To connect the cable:

  1. Align the USB connector of the camera cable with the corresponding port on the main unit.
  2. Gently push the connector until it is securely seated.
  3. To disconnect, pull the connector straight out.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Powering On/Off

Long press the Power button (7) to turn the device on or off.

6.2. Adjusting LED Brightness

Short press the Power button (7) to cycle through different LED brightness levels on the camera probe.

6.3. Taking Photos and Recording Videos

  • To take a photo: Short press the Photo/Video button (1).
  • To record a video: Long press the Photo/Video button (1).

All photos and videos will be saved directly to the inserted TF card.

6.4. Switching Camera Views (for multi-lens models)

Press the OK/Switch Camera button (4) to switch between the front lens, side lens A, and side lens B (if applicable to your model).

6.5. Image Rotation and Zoom

  • Rotate Image: Press the Rotate button (2) to rotate the image 180°.
  • Zoom In/Out: Use the Up/Zoom Out button (5) and Down/Zoom In button (6) to adjust the digital zoom level.

6.6. Deleting Photos/Videos

To delete files:

  1. Press the Menu button (3).
  2. Select the 'Gallery' or 'Video' option.
  3. Press the OK button (4) to select the file(s) to be deleted.
  4. Long press the Menu button (3) to confirm deletion.

8. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q: The product does not show pictures or the screen is black.
A: Remove the camera connector and reassemble it, then restart the device.
Q: The image is stuck or frozen.
A: Please check if the product has sufficient power. Try restarting the device or reassembling the camera connector.
Q: The imaging picture is not clear.
A: The best imaging focal length for the product is 2cm-10cm. Please adjust the distance from the object you are inspecting. Alternatively, clean the front of the camera lens with a clean alcohol cloth.
Q: How to charge the product?
A: Please use a 5V/1A household charger that meets safety regulations to charge your device. Fast charging is not supported.

9. User Tips

  • Remember to insert a TF card (not included) to save photos and videos of your inspections.
  • The endoscope is designed for one-person operation with a comfortable grip.
  • The rigid cable can be bent and shaped to navigate tight spaces effectively.
  • The IP67 waterproof rating applies to the lens, allowing for use in wet environments like drains.
