5. Setup

5.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the 'DC IN 5V' port on the rear of the CD player.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included) or a USB power source.
  3. The device will power on, and the LED display will illuminate.

5.2 Audio Output Connection

Choose one of the following methods to connect your audio output:

  • Wired Headphones: Plug your 3.5mm headphones into the '3.5mm headphone output' jack.
  • External Speakers (Wired): Connect your external speakers to the 3.5mm headphone output or use an optical cable for digital audio output via the 'Optical digital interface (SPDIF)' port.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 CD Playback

  1. Gently open the translucent CD dust cover.
  2. Place a CD (CD-DA, MP3 CD-R/RW) onto the spindle, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Close the CD dust cover.
  4. Press the 'Play/Pause' button on the player or remote control to start playback.
  5. Use the 'Previous Song' and 'Next Song' buttons to navigate tracks.
  6. Adjust the volume using the 'Volume +/-' buttons on the player or remote.
  7. Press the 'Stop Play' button to stop playback.

6.2 USB Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3/WMA/WAV/ACC files into the 'USB Interface' port.
  2. Press the 'CD/USB Convert Mode' button on the remote control to switch to USB mode.
  3. The player will automatically detect and begin playing compatible audio files.
  4. Use the 'Play/Pause', 'Previous Song', 'Next Song', and 'Volume +/-' buttons for control.

6.3 Bluetooth Connection

The JA-310R features a built-in EDR Bluetooth 5.1 transmitter, allowing wireless connection to Bluetooth speakers or headphones.

  1. Ensure the CD player is powered on.
  2. Activate pairing mode on your Bluetooth speaker or headphones (refer to their respective manuals).
  3. Press the 'Bluetooth' button on the remote control. The player will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  4. The CD player will automatically search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices in pairing mode.
  5. Once connected, audio from the CD player will be transmitted wirelessly to your Bluetooth device.

6.4 Remote Control Usage
