5. Setup Guide

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Scanning Barcodes

Point the scanner's window at the barcode you wish to scan and press the trigger button. A successful scan will typically be indicated by a beep and/or a light indicator. The decoded data will appear in any active text field on your connected device.

6.3. Upload Modes (for K2 Wireless & K5 Bluetooth)

The wireless models offer two data upload modes:

• Instant Upload Mode: Scanned data is immediately transmitted to the connected device. This is ideal for real-time inventory or POS systems.
• Storage Mode: Scanned data is stored in the scanner's internal memory. You can then upload all stored data to your device at a later time by scanning a specific command barcode (refer to the full manual for command barcodes). This is useful for batch scanning or when out of range.

6.4. Transmission Range (for K2 Wireless & K5 Bluetooth)
