ENC Call Noise Reduction

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology. This feature uses intelligent algorithms to separate environmental noise from your voice, ensuring clear high-definition calls even in noisy surroundings. It filters out sounds like high-speed rail or subway noise and enhances human voice for clear recording.

Game Mode and Low Latency

The TG11 earbuds feature a dedicated game mode with an ultra-low latency of 60 milliseconds. This ensures audio-visual synchronization, providing a competitive edge in gaming by allowing you to hear sounds and react quickly to changes in position. The default boot mode is game mode.

4. Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your TG11 earbuds, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, or harsh chemicals. Gently clean the ear tips and mesh to prevent wax buildup.
  • Storage: When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, dirt, and physical damage.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods. While waterproof, avoid submerging them in water.
  • Charging: Use only the provided Type-C charging cable or a certified equivalent. Avoid overcharging by disconnecting the charger once the case is fully charged.
