  • Storage: When not in use, store the microphone system in its provided storage box to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.
  • Handling: The microphones are designed with excellent shatter and shock resistance due to preferred metal materials, but careful handling is always recommended to prevent damage.

6. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No sound from microphone
  • Microphone or receiver not powered on.
  • Low battery.
  • Receiver not plugged into "MIC IN" port.
  • Volume too low on microphone or audio device.
  • Interference.
  • Ensure both microphone and receiver are turned on.
  • Charge batteries for both units.
  • Verify receiver is connected to a "MIC IN" port, not "LINE IN/AUX IN".
  • Increase volume on microphone and connected audio device.
  • Try adjusting the frequency on the microphone.
Poor sound quality / Static
  • Out of range.
  • Obstructions between mic and receiver.
  • Interference from other wireless devices.
  • Low battery.
  • Move closer to the receiver (within 100ft/30m).
  • Ensure clear line of sight between mic and receiver.
  • Change the operating frequency on the microphone.
  • Charge batteries.
Receiver plug is too large for my device
  • Incompatible input jack size.
  • The receiver uses a standard 6.35mm (1/4 inch) plug. If your device requires a smaller plug (e.g., 3.5mm), you will need a compatible adapter (not included). Ensure the input is still a "MIC IN" type.

8. User Tips

  • Check Input Type: Always ensure you are plugging the receiver into a "MIC IN" port on your audio device. Using "LINE IN" or "AUX IN" ports will not work correctly and may result in no sound or poor audio quality.
  • Adapter for Smaller Jacks: If your audio equipment has a 3.5mm (1/8 inch) microphone input, you will need a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter. Make sure this adapter is specifically for microphone inputs.
  • Single Receiver for Both Mics: The system is designed for both microphones to connect to a single receiver. You do not need a separate receiver for each microphone.
  • Optimal Placement: For the best wireless performance, try to keep the receiver in a central location, free from obstructions, and within the recommended 30-meter range.
  • Battery Management: Keep an eye on the battery indicators on both the microphones and the receiver. Fully charging before an event and recharging promptly after use will ensure consistent performance.
