Setup
1. Battery Installation & Charging
- Truck Battery: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the dump truck. Open the compartment, connect the included lithium battery, and secure it. Close the compartment.
- Charging the Truck Battery: Use the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the truck's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The indicator light on the cable will show charging status (usually red for charging, off or green when fully charged). Charging typically takes 2-3 hours.
- Remote Control Batteries: The remote control requires 2x AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control, insert the batteries according to the polarity markings, and close the compartment.
2. Pairing the Remote Control
The 2.4Ghz remote control system automatically pairs with the truck. Ensure both the truck and the remote control are powered on. The remote control's indicator light will typically flash during pairing and become solid once connected.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the truck and remote control after each use. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no water enters electronic components.
- Storage: Store the RC dump truck and remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Always remove batteries from the truck and remote control if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage. Fully charge the truck's battery before storage and periodically recharge it every 3 months to maintain battery health.
- Avoid Impact: While durable, avoid strong impacts or drops to prevent damage to the internal components and exterior.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Truck does not respond to remote. | Low battery in truck or remote; Not paired; Interference. | Charge truck battery; Replace remote batteries; Re-pair remote; Move to an area with less interference. |
| Short remote control range. | Low battery in remote; Environmental interference. | Replace remote batteries; Operate in an open area away from other electronic devices. |
| Dump bed not lifting/lowering. | Low truck battery; Obstruction. | Charge truck battery; Check for any obstructions in the lifting mechanism. |
| Truck moves slowly or inconsistently. | Low truck battery; Obstruction in wheels/gears. | Charge truck battery; Clean wheels and gears of any debris. |
User Tips
- For optimal performance, ensure the truck's battery is fully charged before each play session.
- Operating on smooth, flat surfaces will generally provide longer battery life and better control.
- When playing with multiple RC vehicles, the 2.4Ghz frequency helps minimize interference, but try to maintain a reasonable distance between them.
- Consider purchasing extra batteries for extended playtime.
