2.1 Wired Connection

Note: When the keyboard is connected via wired mode, the 2.4G wireless function is automatically disabled. Unplugging the USB cable will automatically switch the keyboard to 2.4G wireless mode if a receiver is paired.

- Keyboard not responding in wired mode: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Keyboard not responding in 2.4G wireless mode:
- Verify the USB receiver is properly inserted into your computer.
- Ensure the keyboard's power switch is in the "ON" position.
- Confirm the keyboard is charged.
- Re-pair the keyboard by holding FN + INS for 3 seconds.
- If wired mode is active (cable connected), 2.4G wireless will be disabled. Unplug the cable to switch to wireless.
- Keys not registering or double-typing: This could indicate a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature to replace the affected switch.
