1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the appliance.

WARNING

  1. The blades are very sharp. Handle with extreme care when cleaning or installing to avoid cutting your hands. Keep the machine and knives out of reach of children and persons with mental disabilities after use.
  2. Always turn off the switch and unplug the power cord before opening the aluminum alloy lid. Wait until all moving parts have completely stopped.
  3. Do not insert hard food into the feeding port. Never push food directly into the feeding port with your hand while the machine is running. Always use the provided food pusher to prevent accidents.
  4. Ensure the machine is powered off and unplugged before cleaning, disassembling, or assembling any parts. Do not immerse the main unit in water as it contains the motor.
  5. Use a reliable grounded 3-wire socket (not included) and a reliable leakage protection switch to ensure electrical safety.
  6. The dicing blade mesh support frame is located at the bottom of the foam packaging.
  7. This product is designed for cutting hard vegetables and fruits. It is not suitable for soft foods.

3. Setup Instructions

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and the unit is clean. Place the food processor on a stable, flat surface.

Blade Installation:

  1. Ensure the machine is unplugged and powered off.
  2. Open the aluminum alloy lip by releasing the safety snaps on both sides.
  3. For Slicing/Shredding: Place the desired slicing or shredding blade onto the central shaft, ensuring it sits securely.
  4. For Dicing:
    1. Install the food pusher into its designated slot.
    2. Place the dicing knife holder onto the central shaft.
    3. Insert the required dicing knife net into the holder.
    4. Using the provided 6mm spanner, tighten the dicing knife counterclockwise to secure it.
  5. Close the aluminum alloy lip and secure it with the spring buckles until they click into place.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the desired blade is installed and the lid is securely closed, you can begin operation.

  1. Plug the machine into a suitable grounded power outlet.
  2. Press the green ON/OFF switch to start the machine. The motor will begin to run.
  3. Carefully feed pre-cut vegetables or fruits into the feeding port. Ensure pieces are appropriately sized for the feeder (9.1*2.6 inches).
  4. Use the food pusher to guide the food down towards the rotating blade. Never use your hands.
  5. The processed food will be discharged automatically through the chute.
  6. When finished, press the ON/OFF switch to turn off the machine, then unplug it from the power outlet.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food processor.

  1. Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassembly: Carefully open the lid and remove the installed blade or dicing assembly.
  3. Cleaning Blades: The blades are extremely sharp. Use a brush or a soft cloth to remove food residue. Rinse under running water. Handle with care to avoid injury.
  4. Cleaning Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp, soft cloth. Do NOT immerse the main unit in water.
  5. Drying: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembling or storing.
  6. Storage: Store the machine and its accessories in a safe, dry place, out of reach of children.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your food processor, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Machine does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the ON/OFF switch is pressed. Check for any tripped circuit breakers.
  • Food is not cutting properly: Verify that the correct blade is installed and secured. Ensure the food pieces are not too large or too hard for the machine. Do not overload the feeding port.
  • Lid does not close: Check that all internal components (blades, holders) are correctly seated and aligned. Ensure the safety snaps are fully engaged.
