1. Overview

Note: A power adapter is NOT included. Please use a 5V charging adapter (not provided) with the supplied USB Type-C cable.
3. Setup
3.1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
The SOYES XS16 supports dual SIM cards and a memory card (shared with one SIM slot). Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided SIM card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray ejects.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards and/or a microSD memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the cards are correctly oriented.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.
3.2. Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your smartphone.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator will appear on the screen. Allow the phone to charge until the battery icon shows full.
3.3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the screen lights up and the SOYES logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears. Select "Power off" and confirm.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Navigation
The SOYES XS16 features a responsive touch screen. Navigate by tapping, swiping, pinching, and spreading gestures.
- Tap: To select an item, open an app, or press a button.
- Swipe: To scroll through lists, switch between home screens, or view notifications.
- Pinch/Spread: To zoom in or out on photos and web pages.
4.2. Network Connectivity
The phone supports 4G, 3G, and 2G cellular networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
- Cellular Data: Ensure your SIM card is active and mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi, turn it on, and select your desired network. Enter the password if required.
- Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth, turn it on, and pair with other Bluetooth devices.

Important Note: The phone features a design with multiple camera lenses on the rear, but only one rear camera is functional. The other lenses are decorative and do not contribute to image capture. Disputes regarding the number of functional rear cameras will not be accepted.

The SOYES XS16 runs on a pure Android 10 native system, providing compatibility with a wide range of mainstream applications. You can download and install apps from the Google Play Store.
4.6. Storage Management
The phone comes with either 16GB or 64GB of internal storage. You can expand storage further using a microSD card in the shared SIM slot.

5.1. Cleaning Your Device
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone.

6.1. Phone Not Turning On
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to a charger for at least 15-30 minutes.
