Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the Type-C charging cord to the magnetic charging base, and then place the mouse onto the base. The mouse features magnetic fast charging. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours and provides approximately 65 hours of continuous working life.

2. Connecting the Mouse (Tri-Mode Connection)

The Attack Shark X6 supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.2. Use the switch located on the bottom of the mouse to select your desired mode.

2.1. Wired Connection

  • Connect the Type-C charging cord directly from the mouse to your computer's USB port.
  • The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and be ready for use.

2.2. 2.4G Wireless Connection

  • Locate the 2.4G receiver (dongle) in the package.
  • Plug the 2.4G receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  • Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
  • The mouse should connect automatically. The indicator light will show a green light for 2.4G connection.

2.3. Bluetooth 5.2 Connection

The mouse can connect to up to three Bluetooth devices (BT1, BT2, BT3).

  • Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to 'BT'.
  • Short press the BT switching key (located on the bottom of the mouse, near the mode switch) to cycle between BT1, BT2, and BT3 channels. The indicator light will show a blue light for Bluetooth connection.
  • To enter pairing mode, press and hold the BT switching key for 5 seconds. The indicator light will blink rapidly.
  • On your computer or device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices. Select "Attack Shark X6" from the list.
  • Once paired, the indicator light will become solid blue.

3. Driver Installation

For full customization, including DPI adjustments, macro programming, and polling rates, download and install the official driver software. The driver is compatible with Windows operating systems (XP, Win7, Win8, Win10, Win11).

Operating Instructions

1. Mouse Layout and Buttons

  • Left Button: Standard left-click function.
  • Right Button: Standard right-click function.
  • Middle Button/Scroll Wheel: Scroll up/down, middle-click.

The X6 mouse features a PixArt PAW3395 sensor with up to 26000 DPI. You can adjust the DPI sensitivity using the dedicated DPI button on the mouse or through the driver software for 6-level adjustment.

3. Macro Programming

Utilize the X6 Intelligent Drive software to customize macros. This allows you to assign complex sequences of keystrokes and mouse clicks to a single button, enhancing your gaming and productivity.

  • Open the X6 Intelligent Drive software.
  • Navigate to the macro settings section.
  • Create or edit macros and assign them to desired mouse buttons.
  • Save your configurations.

4. RGB Lighting Effects

The magnetic charging base features an exclusive RGB light ring. You can switch between multiple light effects by touching the designated area on the base.

5. Ergonomic Design and Grip Styles

The X6 mouse is ergonomically designed for comfort during long periods of use. It supports various grip styles including Plank Grip, Finger Grip, and Grasp.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse and charging base.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface.
  • For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.

2. Battery Care

Troubleshooting

1. Mouse Not Responding

  • Wired: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer. Try a different USB port.
  • 2.4G Wireless: Ensure the 2.4G receiver is securely plugged into a USB port. Check that the mode switch on the mouse is set to '2.4G'. Try re-pairing by unplugging and replugging the receiver, then turning the mouse off and on.
