2. Installation

• A Tuya ZigBee Hub is required for pairing and APP control. Without the hub, the switch module cannot be controlled by the APP.
• A neutral wire is required for installation.

4. Maintenance

5. Troubleshooting

• Cannot configure the switch module:
  • Ensure the device is powered on.
  • Verify your mobile device and the switch module are connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Check for good internet conditions.
  • Confirm the password entered in the APP is correct.
  • Ensure you are using a Tuya ZigBee hub and the TuyaSmart/Smart Life APP.
  • Double-check all wiring connections for correctness.
• What happens if the Wi-Fi goes off?
  • You can still control the device using your traditional manual switch.
  • Once Wi-Fi is active again, the device connected to the module will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
• What should I do if I change the Wi-Fi network or password?
  • You must re-connect your ZigBee switch module to the new Wi-Fi network following the pairing instructions in the APP.
• How do I reset the device?
  • Power the device on/off 5 times until the indicator light flashes.
