Detail of the Mono/Stereo switch located on the bottom of the unit.
This switch allows you to toggle between single-channel (Mono) and dual-channel (Stereo) modes for wider usage scenarios. Ensure you select the correct mode before connecting your speakers.
4.4 Heat Dissipation Design
The bottom and side heat dissipation holes are designed to increase the heat dissipation area and quickly dissipate heat.
5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your AIYIMA A07 MAX amplifier:
5.1 Connecting Audio Source (RCA Input)
- Ensure the amplifier is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
- Connect your audio source (e.g., smartphone, PC, TV) to the RCA input ports (AUDIO INPUT) on the rear panel using appropriate RCA cables. Match the 'R' (red) and 'L' (white) channels.
5.2 Connecting Speakers
The A07 MAX supports both Stereo and Mono modes. Please switch the correct mode before connecting speakers.
Wiring diagrams for Stereo Mode and Mono Mode.
5.2.1 Stereo Mode (300W+300W 2 Channel)
- Set the Mono/Stereo switch on the bottom of the unit to 'Stereo'.
- Connect your passive speakers to the 'SPK OUT' terminals on the rear panel. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) for each speaker.
- For two speakers, connect one to the 'R' output and the other to the 'L' output.
5.2.2 Mono Mode (600W Bridgeable)
- Set the Mono/Stereo switch on the bottom of the unit to 'Mono'.
- In mono mode, only one speaker needs to be connected. Increase the power to 600W and use a speaker of 2-16Ω.
- Connect the single speaker to the 'R+' and 'L+' terminals of the 'SPK OUT' section. (R+ connects to speaker +, L+ connects to speaker -).
Example of Mono Mode usage with a single speaker.
5.2.3 BTL Mono Multiple Machines Mode
Diagram for connecting multiple A07 MAX units in BTL Mono mode with a pre-amplifier.
To use multiple A07 MAX units in BTL Mono mode, adjust each A07 MAX volume to the maximum output state and control the overall volume through a preamplifier or decoder. The 3.5mm AUX OUT can be used to connect to the next amplifier without volume control.
5.3 Power Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the DC 24-48V power input on the rear panel.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable wall outlet.
6. Operation
- Power On: Rotate the front panel knob clockwise to turn on the amplifier. The corresponding mode indicator (Mono or Stereo) will light up.
- Volume Control: Rotate the front panel knob to adjust the volume.
- Mode Selection: Use the Mono/Stereo switch on the bottom of the unit to select your desired output mode. Ensure the amplifier is off before changing this switch.
- Op-Amp Chip Replacement: The A07 MAX supports replaceable Op-Amp chips (e.g., OPA2604AP, OPA2134, MUSEO1/02/03, LME49720NA, LM4562, AD827AQ). This allows for customization of the sound signature. Refer to specialized guides for safe replacement procedures.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power adapter not connected or faulty; power outlet not working. | Check power connections. Ensure the power adapter is functioning and the outlet has power. |
| No sound | Incorrect audio input/output connections; wrong mode selected (Mono/Stereo); volume too low; faulty cables. | Verify all audio cables are securely connected. Check the Mono/Stereo switch position. Increase volume. Test with different cables. |
| Distorted sound | Input signal too high; speaker impedance mismatch; faulty speakers or cables. | Reduce the input volume from your source device. Ensure your speakers' impedance matches the amplifier's specifications. Test with different speakers/cables. |
| Only one channel working | Loose speaker connection; faulty audio cable; amplifier in Mono mode with two speakers. | Check speaker wire connections. Ensure audio cables are fully inserted. If using two speakers, ensure the amplifier is in Stereo mode. |
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the amplifier. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation holes are free from dust and obstructions to maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the amplifier in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
10. User Tips
- A smartphone can be used as an audio source by connecting it via the RCA input with an appropriate adapter cable.
- Consider the power supply: The amplifier requires a DC 24-48V power supply. For optimal performance, especially at higher power outputs, ensure your power supply can deliver sufficient current (e.g., 48V/10A).
- This amplifier is capable of driving large speakers effectively due to its high power output in both stereo and mono modes.
11. Warranty and Support
