Control Panel Components:

Setup Instructions

1. Power Source Connection:
   • AC Adapter: Connect the provided AC adapter to the External 9V DC Power Jack located at the back of the unit. Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet.
   • Batteries: Alternatively, the device can be powered by 6 standard 1.5 volt C batteries. Open the battery compartment (usually on the underside of the unit), insert the batteries, and close the compartment securely.

   

2. Electrode Connection:
   • Attach the electrode wires to the desired Output Path Holes on the front panel. The device has 6 output channels.
   • Connect the other end of the electrode wires to the electrode stickers. Ensure a secure connection.
   • Peel off the protective film from the electrode stickers and apply them to the skin at the desired treatment areas.
3. Acupoint Detecting Pen (Optional):
   • If using the acupoint detecting pen, connect it to the Probing Hole Jack.
   • Ensure the Hole Probing Bond is also connected as instructed in the full manual for proper detection functionality.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Ensure all output adjustment knobs are turned to the '0' position. Flip the Power Supply Switch to the 'ON' position. The Power Indicator Light should illuminate.
2. Set Timer: Rotate the Timer Knob to set the desired treatment duration (up to 60 minutes).
3. Select Waveform: Press one of the 5 Waveforms Select (WRS) Keys to choose the desired pulse wave type. The available waveforms are: Continuous wave, Dense-disperse wave, Intermittent wave, Ripple wave, and Respiration wave. Each type offers different therapeutic effects.

   

4. Adjust Frequency: Use the Pulse Fundamental Frequency Adjustment (FREQ) knob and the Modulation Frequency Adjustment (FREQ 2 to 5) knobs to fine-tune the pulse frequency according to your needs or the recommended settings for your condition.
5. Adjust Output Intensity: Slowly turn the Output Adjustment Knob for each active channel clockwise to increase the intensity. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. The Output Indicator Light will flash, indicating active output.
6. Acupoint Detection (if applicable): If using the acupoint detecting pen, follow the specific instructions in the full manual to locate acupoints. The device will provide feedback (e.g., sound or light) when an acupoint is detected.
7. Treatment Application: Apply the electrode pads to the appropriate acupoints or areas requiring treatment. Refer to the included Acupoint Figure for guidance on placement.
8. Monitor and Adjust: During treatment, monitor your comfort level. Adjust the intensity or frequency as needed. If any discomfort occurs, reduce the intensity or stop the treatment.
9. End Treatment: Once the timer expires, the device will automatically turn off. Alternatively, you can manually turn off the device by rotating all output adjustment knobs to '0' and then flipping the Power Supply Switch to 'OFF'.

The device comes with an Acupoint Figure to assist in proper electrode placement for various conditions. Always consult this figure for targeted therapy.
