Operating Instructions
The 520TSCPF offers three primary functions: Plasma Cutting, TIG Welding, and MMA (Stick) Welding.

General Operation Steps:
- Ensure all connections (power, ground, torch, gas/air) are secure.
- Turn on the machine. The LED Digital Display will illuminate.
- Use the Mode Switch to select your desired operation: MMA, TIG, or CUT.
- Use the Function Switch to cycle through adjustable parameters (Peak, Basic, Frequency, Duty, Gas Delay) for the selected mode.
- Adjust the selected parameter using the Adjust Current Knob. The value will be shown on the LED Digital Display.
- Begin your welding or cutting task, always wearing appropriate PPE.
Plasma Cutting (CUT)
The plasma cutter offers both contact and non-contact dual modes, suitable for cutting various metal plates including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper up to 1/3" thickness.

- Output Current: 40A at 220V; 30A at 110V.
- Adjust air pressure via the air filter & regulator for optimal cutting performance.
- The specific cutting thickness depends on the material and settings.
TIG Welding (with Pulse Function)
The HF TIG welder includes a pulse function, which is beneficial for achieving more beautiful welding shapes, a more stable welding arc, and energy saving. It also increases the life of the tungsten needle.

- Output Current: 180A at 220V; 130A at 110V.
- Use the Pulse Button to enable or disable the pulse function.
- Adjust pulse parameters (Peak, Basic, Frequency, Duty, Gas Delay) using the Function Switch and Adjust Current Knob.
- Suitable for welding thin metal plates to form fish-scale patterns.
MMA (Stick) Welding
The stick welder is capable of welding a variety of metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper, brass, and bronze. It provides easy arc start, a stable welding arc, and a deep weld pool.
- Output Current: 160A at 220V; 140A at 110V.
- Select appropriate electrodes for your material and application.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your welding machine.
- Cleaning: Keep the machine clean and free from dust and debris. The machine features a four-sided ventilation design and a high-quality heat dissipation device. Ensure these vents are not obstructed to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating.
- Air Filter & Regulator: Regularly check and drain any accumulated moisture from the air filter. Replace the filter element if it becomes clogged.
- Torch Consumables: Inspect and replace plasma cutter nozzles, electrodes, and TIG tungsten electrodes as they wear out to maintain cutting and welding quality.
- Cables and Connections: Periodically check all cables and connections for wear, damage, or looseness. Replace damaged cables immediately.
- Storage: Store the machine in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.

Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. The machine is equipped with multiple protections against overheating and overload.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on. | No power supply; faulty power cord/switch. | Check power connection and circuit breaker. Ensure power switch is ON. |
| No arc/plasma. | Improper ground connection; incorrect settings; worn consumables; no gas/air supply. | Ensure ground clamp is secure. Verify mode and current settings. Inspect and replace torch consumables. Check gas/air supply and pressure. |
| Poor weld/cut quality. | Incorrect current/voltage; improper technique; contaminated material; worn consumables. | Adjust settings according to material. Clean workpiece. Replace worn torch parts. Practice proper technique. |
