Setup Guide
- Attach Cleaning Rags: Securely attach the provided cleaning rags to the cleaning rings on the underside of the robot. Ensure they are flat and cover the entire cleaning surface.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank cap (Part 4 in Product Diagram) and fill the 40ml tank with conductive water or a non-corrosive window cleaning detergent. Do not use corrosive liquids.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the Power Socket (Part 6) on the robot and then into a wall outlet. The machine must operate in a plugged-in state.
- Attach Safety Rope: Always tie the safety rope to a secure anchor point (e.g., a sturdy fixture indoors) to prevent the robot from falling, especially when cleaning high or outdoor windows. Use the Safety Rope Hanging Hole (Part 7).
- Power On: Press and hold the One-button Start (Part 5) for 3-5 seconds until the indicator lights activate. The Orange Light indicates charging, Blue Light indicates normal operation, and Red Light indicates an abnormal state.

The 40ml water tank should be filled with conductive water or non-corrosive detergent.
Operating Instructions
- Placement: Place the robot firmly on the glass surface you wish to clean. Ensure it adheres securely.
- Start Cleaning:
- Press the One-button Start (Part 5) on the device.
- Alternatively, use the remote control to initiate cleaning and select cleaning modes.
- Cleaning Modes: The robot offers three intelligent cleaning paths:
- Up Then Down: Cleans from top to bottom.
- Left First, Then Down: Cleans from left to right, then downwards.
- First Right, Then Down: Cleans from right to left, then downwards.
- Automatic Water Spray: The robot will automatically spray water from the Water Spray Hole (Part 8) at intervals (0.1ml per 10 seconds) for effective cleaning.
- Edge Detection and Anti-collision: The robot is equipped with real-time and accurate edge detection to prevent collisions and ensure it stays within the window boundaries.
- Completion: After wiping, the robot will automatically return to the lowest position on the window for easy retrieval.

The robot uses an intelligent planning path with three selectable cleaning modes.

The robot features anti-collision and intelligent edge detection for safe operation.
Maintenance
- Cleaning Rags: After each use, remove the cleaning rags (Part 9) and wash them thoroughly. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching for the next use.
- Water Tank: Empty any remaining liquid from the water tank after use. Clean the tank periodically to prevent residue buildup.
- Device Surface: Wipe the exterior of the robot with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Cleaning Rings: Periodically check the cleaning rings for wear and tear. Replace them if they become damaged or lose their effectiveness.
- Sensors: Keep the sensors (located around the edges and underside) clean and free of dust or debris to ensure proper edge detection and anti-collision functionality.
Safety Precautions
- Always Plugged In: The machine must operate in a plugged-in state. The internal battery (500mAh) is for preventive tasks, providing power for approximately 20 minutes of adsorption in case of a sudden power outage, allowing time for safe retrieval.
- Use Safety Rope: For safety reasons, always attach the safety line to a secure anchor point when operating the robot, especially on high windows.
- Flat Surface Adhesion: Ensure the cleaning rags and the robot's covering are pressed flat against the window surface for proper suction and operation. If the covering is not flat, the robot may not spray water or adhere correctly.
- Water Tank Contents: Only inject conductive water or non-corrosive window cleaning detergent into the water tank. Using other liquids may damage the atomizing mechanism or the device.
- Operating Environment: Do not use the robot in extreme weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain) or on severely damaged glass surfaces.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the operating robot to prevent accidents.

The robot features multiple security guarantees including strong adsorption and UPS power failure protection.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not turn on | Not plugged in; Power button not held long enough | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. |
| Robot does not spray water | Water tank empty; Clogged spray nozzle; Cleaning rags not flat | Refill water tank. Check for nozzle blockage. Ensure cleaning rags are flat against the surface. You can also try wiping the water spray hole with a towel. |
| Robot falls or loses suction | Power disconnected; Surface too dirty/uneven; Safety rope not attached | Ensure continuous power supply. Clean the window surface manually first if heavily soiled. Always use the safety rope. |
| Red Light indicator is on | Machine abnormal state | Turn off the device, check for any obstructions or issues, then restart. If the problem persists, contact customer support. |
User Tips
- For best results, especially on very dirty windows, consider running the robot once with dry cleaning rags to remove loose dirt, then a second time with damp rags and cleaning solution.
- Always ensure the window surface is free of large debris or sharp objects that could damage the cleaning rags or the robot.
- When cleaning multiple windows, ensure the power cord is long enough or use an extension cord that is rated for the device's power requirements.
- The remote control provides convenient operation; keep it handy to switch cleaning modes or pause the device.
