Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the amplifier. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes.
  • Storage: Store the amplifier in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and recharge every few months.
  • Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the amplifier during use to prevent overheating. Do not block any vents.
  • Handling: Handle the amplifier with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting

No Sound Output:
  • Check if the amplifier is powered on and the power indicator light is active.
  • Ensure all volume knobs (individual channel and main volume) are turned up.
  • Verify that all cables are securely connected to the correct input/output jacks.
  • Test with different instruments/microphones and cables to isolate the issue.
  • If using Bluetooth, ensure it's correctly paired and the source device's volume is up.
Distorted Sound:
  • Reduce the input volume of the instrument/microphone or the channel volume on the amplifier.
  • Check if the main volume is too high.
  • Ensure the impedance of your connected instrument/microphone matches the amplifier's input.
Bluetooth Connection Issues:
  • Make sure the amplifier is within range of your Bluetooth device (typically 10 meters).
  • Unpair and re-pair the device.
  • Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
Battery Not Charging:
  • Verify the power adapter is correctly connected to the amplifier and a working power outlet.
  • Check the power adapter for any visible damage.
  • Ensure the power outlet is functional.
