Troubleshooting
- No sound during Bluetooth music playback:
- Ensure the volume on both your phone and the earphone is turned up.
- No ringtone for incoming calls:
- Check if the phone's ringtone volume is adjusted correctly, especially in Bluetooth call mode.
- Low call volume:
- Increase the earphone volume.
- Ensure the earphone's sound unit is positioned close to your ear cartilage for optimal bone conduction.
- Water resistance for bathing/swimming:
- The X15 supports IP56 life-level waterproofing, meaning it is resistant to sweat and light splashes. It is NOT suitable for bathing or swimming.
- Recommended charger:
- Use a standard 5V 1A or 5V 2A phone charger. Do NOT use fast chargers, as this can cause the earphone to overheat and potentially damage the battery and mainboard.
User Tips
- Water Exposure: Avoid prolonged soaking in seawater or saltwater. After any exposure to water, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Pay special attention to the charging contacts to prevent corrosion.
- Storage: If not using the earphone for an extended period, fully charge it at least once a month to maintain battery health.
- Post-Exercise Care: After exercise, wipe off any sweat from the earphone's surface, especially around the charging magnetic part, to prevent corrosion and maintain product lifespan.
- Downloading Music to 32GB Memory:
- Connect the earphone to your computer using the provided USB-C data cable.
- The earphone will appear as a U disk (removable drive). Open it.
- Open a music software on your computer. Search for the desired song, download it, and locate the downloaded MP3 file.
