1. Product Overview
The Aigo A100 is a versatile mechanical keyboard and mouse set designed for both home office and gaming use. It features a compact 100-key layout, dual-mode connectivity (wired USB Type-C and 2.4G wireless), PBT keycaps, and hot-swappable blue switches. The accompanying wireless mouse is ergonomic and features silent buttons.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Keyboard Connection
The Aigo A100 keyboard supports both wired and 2.4G wireless connection modes.
3.1.1 Wired Mode Connection
- Insert the USB Type-C end of the provided cable into the keyboard's Type-C port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- The keyboard will be automatically recognized and ready for use.

3.1.2 2.4G Wireless Mode Connection
- Locate the USB receiver, which is typically stored in the keyboard's foot support.
- Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your PC or laptop.
- Flip the power switch on the keyboard to the "ON" position.
- Simultaneously press the "ESC" + "+" + "=" keys on the keyboard for 1 second to enter pairing mode. The low-voltage indicator lights will illuminate.
- The receiver should successfully pair with the keyboard within 20 seconds. If pairing fails, the keyboard will exit pairing mode after 20 seconds, and the LED will turn off. Repeat the steps if necessary.

3.2 Mouse Connection
The Aigo M20 mouse connects via 2.4G wireless using the same USB receiver as the keyboard.
- Ensure the USB receiver is plugged into your computer.
- Insert the required battery into the mouse (battery type not specified, typically AA or AAA).
- Turn on the mouse using its power switch.
- The mouse should automatically connect to the receiver.

4. Operating Instructions

4.2 Mouse Features

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the keyboard and mouse.
- For deeper cleaning, you can use the provided keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Keycap and Switch Replacement
The Aigo A100 keyboard features PBT dual-color keycaps and supports full-key hot-swappable switches.
- To remove a keycap, use the keycap puller to gently lift the keycap straight up.
- To remove a switch, use the switch puller to carefully grip the switch and pull it upwards.
- To install a new switch, align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
- To install a new keycap, align it with the switch stem and press down gently.

6. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard/Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the keyboard and mouse are powered on.
- Check battery levels. Recharge the keyboard if the low-voltage indicator is on. Replace mouse battery if needed.
- For wireless connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the computer.
- If using 2.4G wireless, try re-pairing the keyboard by pressing "ESC" + "+" + "=" for 1 second.
- Try connecting the keyboard in wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
- Test on a different USB port or computer.
- Keys not registering or ghosting:
- The keyboard has full-key anti-ghosting, but ensure no physical obstruction or debris is under the keycaps.
- If a specific key is not working, consider replacing the switch as it is hot-swappable.
- Mouse erratic movement:
- Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure the mouse is used on a suitable surface.
- Check battery levels.

8. Warranty and Support
The product comes with a 1-3 year warranty. If a repair is needed, the product may need to be sent back to the factory. The customer may need to pay the logistics cost for the return, while the seller will bear the logistics cost of resending the repaired item.
