4. Back/Forward Buttons

The dedicated back and forward buttons (buttons 10 in Figure 5) allow for quick navigation in web browsers or documents, simplifying your workflow. These buttons can also be customized using Logitech Options+ for functions like undo/redo or volume control.

5. DPI Adjustment (Cursor Speed)

The Logitech Lift mouse features a high-precision sensor with adjustable DPI settings. You can switch between two default cursor speeds using the cursor speed switch button (button 2 in Figure 5):

  • Cursor Speed 1: 1000 DPI
  • Cursor Speed 2: 1600 DPI

With Logitech Options+, you can customize these DPI values and receive on-screen notifications when switching. You can also fine-tune the cursor speed by holding the DPI switch button until a pop-up appears, then moving the mouse left or right.

6. Logitech Flow (Cross-Computer Control)

Logitech Flow allows you to seamlessly control multiple computers with a single Logitech Lift mouse. Once Logitech Options+ is installed on all computers, you can move your mouse cursor from one screen to another, and even copy and paste text, images, or files between them. If you have a compatible Logitech keyboard, it will also follow the mouse between computers.

Maintenance

1. Battery Replacement

The Logitech Lift mouse uses one AA battery, providing up to 24 months of battery life based on an 8-hour daily office scenario. When the battery is low, replace it by opening the magnetic cover on the underside of the mouse and inserting a new AA battery.

2. Cleaning

To clean your mouse, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's surface.

Troubleshooting

1. Connection Issues

  • Mouse not connecting: Ensure the mouse is powered on and the battery has sufficient charge. Check that the Easy-Switch channel LED is blinking during pairing.
  • Bluetooth connection problems: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is within range. Try re-pairing the mouse through your computer's Bluetooth settings.
  • Logi Bolt receiver issues: Ensure the Logi Bolt receiver is securely plugged into a USB-A port. Try plugging it into a different USB port.

2. Mouse Foot Patch Scratches or Warps

It is normal for the mouse foot patches to show minor scratches or slight warps. This can occur during the factory cross-calibration process, where the mouse is tested to ensure it meets quality standards. If a foot pad appears warped, gently press it down, and it should function normally.

3. Serial Number Inconsistency

It is normal for the serial number (S/N) on Logitech products to not be identical to the part number (P/N) or the S/N/P/N codes on the packaging. This is because products and packaging are managed, controlled, and traced separately for logistical purposes.
