8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and camera lenses. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If not used for extended periods, charge them to about 50% capacity.
  • Propeller Inspection: Regularly check propellers for any cracks, bends, or damage. Replace damaged propellers immediately to ensure safe flight.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in its carrying case to protect it from dust and damage.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Remote Control Not Turning On: Ensure 3 fresh AA batteries are correctly installed in the remote control and the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • Short Flight Time: Ensure the drone battery is fully charged (approx. 45 minutes). Flight time can be affected by aggressive flying, strong winds, or cold temperatures.
  • Drone Not Responding: Turn off both the drone and remote control, then turn them back on to re-establish the connection. Check battery levels for both devices.
  • No GPS Signal: Fly in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky. Avoid flying near tall buildings or dense foliage that may obstruct GPS signals.
  • Poor Camera Feed/Connection: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network. Reduce interference by flying away from other Wi-Fi sources.

10. User Tips

  • Extended Flight: The drone's battery life is approximately 10-20 minutes. Consider purchasing extra 1800mAh batteries to extend your flying sessions without interruption.
  • Spare Parts: If you need replacement parts such as propellers or batteries, please contact the seller directly for assistance.
  • Learning to Fly: Start in a large, open area. Practice basic maneuvers like hovering, ascending, and descending before attempting more complex functions.
