3. Setup Instructions

  1. Identify Connector Type: Determine whether your walkie-talkie uses a Kenwood 2-pin (K-head) or Motorola 2-pin (M-head) connector. The headset is available in both versions.
  2. Connect Headset to Walkie-Talkie: Carefully align the 2-pin connector of the headset with the corresponding port on your walkie-talkie and push firmly until it is securely connected.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On Walkie-Talkie: Ensure your walkie-talkie is powered on and properly configured for communication.
  2. Adjust Volume: Use the volume knob located on the ear cup to set the desired listening volume. Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
  3. Transmit (PTT): To speak, press and hold the inline PTT button. Speak clearly into the microphone. Release the PTT button to listen.
  4. Receive: When the PTT button is not pressed, the headset will receive incoming transmissions.
