Setup
1. Install Batteries in the Water Timer
- Open the battery compartment on the watering timer.
- Insert 4x 1.5V AA Alkaline Batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment securely.
2. Physical Installation
- Check Faucet Thread Standards: Faucet thread standards vary by region. Ensure your selected SKU (NH for US/CA/MX or BSP for UK/EU/AU/IN) matches your national faucet thread standards.
- Connect to Faucet: Attach the watering timer to your outdoor faucet. Use the provided Teflon tape on the threads for a leak-proof seal.
- Connect Hoses: Attach your garden hoses to the outlets of the watering timer. Ensure rubber rings are properly seated for a tight seal.
3. App Installation and WiFi Hub Connection
- Download App: Download the "HomGar" app (for DI-WT11W) or "Smart Life" app (for WT-05W) from your smartphone's app store.
- Register/Log In: Create an account or log in to the app.
- Power the WiFi Hub: Plug the WiFi hub into a power outlet.
- Add WiFi Hub: In the app, follow the instructions to add the WiFi hub. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. The WiFi hub provides a connection range of up to 196 feet (60 meters) for the 3-zone model.
- Add Water Timer: Once the hub is connected, add the water timer to the app. Follow the in-app prompts for pairing.

Operating Instructions
1. Remote Control via App
Once connected, you can control your watering timer from anywhere using the HomGar or Smart Life app. You can start/stop watering, set schedules, and monitor the status of each zone.
2. Voice Control
The Diivoo smart watering timer is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Link your HomGar/Smart Life account to your voice assistant app. Use simple voice commands like, "Alexa, open my Diivoo WiFi Water Timer" or "Hey Google, turn on the smart dual water timer."

3. Timed Irrigation Mode
Automate your watering by setting specific schedules:
- 3-Zone Model (DI-WT11W): Program each of the 3 outlets separately with up to 6 different watering schedules, totaling 18 individual programs.
- 2-Zone Model (WT-05W): Each of the 2 outlets can be individually programmed with up to 20 different watering schedules.
You can set the timer to water every day, on even or odd days only, or create a custom weekly schedule.

4. Misting Irrigation Mode (DI-WT11W only)
For misting systems, outdoor cooling, or dust reduction, use the Mist Mode. Set a start time, mist duration (1-60 minutes), and frequency (Mon-Sun) for intermittent on/off cycles.
5. Cyclical Irrigation Mode (WT-05W only)
The 2-zone timer allows cyclical watering within a set period. Define a start time, end time, duration (1 min - 24h), and interval time (1 min - 24h) for repeated watering cycles.
6. Rain Delay
To conserve water during rainy periods, activate the Rain Delay function. You can postpone watering for 24, 48, or 72 hours (3-zone model) or 1 to 7 days (2-zone model). Your existing settings will be preserved.

7. Manual Watering
For immediate watering needs, use the Manual Mode. This can be activated directly from the valve unit or through the app, allowing you to use the faucet as needed without affecting programmed schedules.

Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears in the app or on the device. Always replace all four batteries at once.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the timer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Winterization: Before freezing temperatures, disconnect the timer from the faucet, remove batteries, and store the device indoors in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from freezing water.
- Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the inlet filter to prevent debris from clogging the timer.
Troubleshooting
No Water Flow / Low Water Pressure:
- Ensure the faucet is fully open.
- Check if the batteries are low or depleted.
- Inspect the inlet filter for clogs and clean if necessary.
- For 3-zone models, if all zones are operating simultaneously, ensure adequate water pressure is available. If pressure is insufficient, consider rotating watering schedules for different zones instead of running them concurrently.
App Connection Issues:
- Ensure your WiFi hub is powered on and within range of your home's 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
- Verify your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network during setup.
- Check if the WiFi hub is within 196 feet (60m) of the water timer (for DI-WT11W) or 49.2 feet (15m) (for WT-05W) without interference.
- Restart the app, WiFi hub, and water timer.
Timer Not Responding:
- Check battery levels and replace if necessary.
- Ensure the device is properly paired with the WiFi hub and app.
- Perform a factory reset if issues persist (refer to app for specific reset instructions).

User Tips
- Thread Compatibility: Always confirm that the selected SKU (NH or BSP) matches your local faucet thread standards before installation to avoid leaks and ensure proper fit.
- Water Pressure for Multiple Zones: For 3-zone models, if you experience insufficient water flow when all three zones are active simultaneously, consider staggering your watering schedules. This ensures each zone receives adequate water pressure by operating independently.
- WiFi Hub Necessity: The WiFi hub is essential for remote control and smart features. The water timer cannot connect directly to your home WiFi without the hub.
