Setup
Battery Installation:
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
- Insert the required AAA dry battery (1 for X18, 2 for L28) into the battery compartment. Ensure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends are oriented correctly as indicated inside the flashlight.
- Screw the tail cap back on securely.
Important: This flashlight uses dry batteries and is not rechargeable. Do not attempt to charge the batteries while they are inside the flashlight. It is strictly forbidden to install the batteries backwards.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Mode Selection:
- To turn the flashlight ON, fully press the tail switch button until it clicks.
- To cycle through the lighting modes (Strong light, Medium light, Low light, Strobe, SOS), lightly press (half press) the tail switch button repeatedly.
- Once you have selected your desired mode, fully press the tail switch button again to set the gear. After the gear is set, you cannot switch modes without turning the flashlight off first.
- To turn the flashlight OFF, fully press the tail switch button again until it clicks.

Maintenance
General Care:
- Keep the flashlight clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth if necessary.
- Avoid dropping the flashlight or subjecting it to strong impacts, although it is designed to be anti-fall up to 1 meter.
- Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Battery Replacement:
- When the light output dims significantly, it's time to replace the batteries.
- Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the "Setup" section.
- Always use fresh, high-quality AAA dry batteries.
- Remove batteries if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
- Flashlight does not turn on:
- Check if the batteries are installed correctly (positive and negative terminals).
- Ensure the batteries are fresh and not depleted.
- Make sure the tail cap is screwed on tightly.
- Light output is dim or flickers:
- Replace the batteries with new ones.
- Clean the battery contacts and flashlight threads with a clean cloth.
- Cannot change lighting modes:
- Ensure you are performing a "light press" (half press) on the tail switch to cycle modes before fully pressing to set. If a mode is already set, you must turn the flashlight off and then on again to select a new mode.
- Flashlight is not rechargeable:
- This product is designed to use disposable AAA dry batteries and does not have a charging function. Do not attempt to connect it to a charger.
User Tips
- Due to its extremely light design (X18 is only 21g), this flashlight is ideal for EDC (Everyday Carry). Use the waist clip to secure it to your pocket or bag for quick access.
- The compact size makes it perfect for inspecting tight spaces, such as under a car hood or inside machinery.
