2. Safety Information
- Do not immerse the battery in water or allow it to get wet.
- Do not use or store the battery in extremely hot environments.
- Avoid using the battery in strong electrostatic and magnetic fields, as this may compromise battery safety.
- Do not reverse the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to prevent reverse connection.
- Charge the battery using the specified charger and according to the charging requirements.
- Ensure correct connection between the inverter and MPPT. For technical issues, contact Tewaycell support.

4. Setup Instructions
4.1. Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully unpack the battery pack. Verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged:
- Tewaycell Powerwall Battery Pack
- Fit screws
- Parallel Power Cable
- Inverter Cable for RS485/CAN/RS232

4.2. Physical Installation
The battery pack is designed for household energy storage. Its dimensions are 520mm (L) x 300mm (W) x 900mm (H). It is equipped with handles and wheels for easier movement and positioning. Ensure the installation location is dry, well-ventilated, and within the specified operating temperature range.

4.3. Electrical Connections
Refer to the diagrams below for proper electrical connections. The battery features positive (+) and negative (-) terminals, communication ports (RS485*3, CAN, RS232), and an Air Switch for safety.

4.3.3. Parallel Connections
The Tewaycell Powerwall supports up to 16 units connected in parallel to increase total energy storage capacity. When connecting multiple units, ensure proper wiring and use the provided parallel power cables. For high current discharge configurations, an appropriate Air Switch is required.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Initial Power-Up
After all electrical connections are securely made, turn on the main power switch on the battery pack. Observe the ON/OFF indicator, SOC indicator, and Running indicator for normal operation. The Alarm indicator will light up if an issue is detected.
5.2. Bluetooth and Mobile APP
The Tewaycell Powerwall features Bluetooth connectivity for monitoring and control via a mobile application. The APP allows you to monitor battery power, adjust communication settings with your inverter, and change language preferences.

5.3. PC Monitoring Software
For detailed monitoring and parameter configuration, a PC monitoring software is available. This software provides real-time data, multi-monitoring views, parameter settings, system configuration options, and data export capabilities.

5.4. Battery Management System (BMS)
The Tewaycell Powerwall features a built-in smart BMS (Battery Management System) for optimal performance and safety. The BMS provides comprehensive protection and management functions:

6. Maintenance
6.1. General Care
- Keep the battery pack clean and free from dust.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.
- Regularly check all cable connections for tightness and signs of wear.
6.2. Fire Protection Device
The Tewaycell Powerwall includes a built-in fire protection device. This device is designed to activate and release fire extinguishing material if the internal temperature reaches 180°C, enhancing safety.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Tewaycell Powerwall, please refer to the following general troubleshooting steps. For complex problems or persistent errors, contact Tewaycell technical support.
- Alarm Indicator: If the alarm indicator on the top panel is lit, check the mobile APP or PC monitoring software for specific fault codes or status messages.
- No Power Output: Verify that the power switch is ON, all cables are securely connected, and the Air Switch (if applicable) is in the ON position. Check the SOC indicator to ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- Communication Issues: Ensure the inverter cable is correctly connected to the communication ports (RS485/CAN/RS232). Check the settings in the mobile APP or PC software for correct communication parameters.
- PC Monitoring Software Fault Status: The PC monitoring software provides detailed fault status information. Consult the software interface for diagnostic messages.

The Tewaycell Powerwall LiFePO4 Battery Pack comes with a 10-year life expectancy and a 7-year warranty on the battery cells (AH).

9. User Tips
- Inverter Compatibility: Always double-check the compatibility of your inverter with the Tewaycell Powerwall's communication protocols (CAN, RS485, RS232) before purchase and installation. While many brands are supported, specific models may vary.
- APP Download: To ensure you have the correct and latest version of the mobile monitoring application, contact Tewaycell support directly after receiving your battery. They will provide the appropriate download method and any necessary setup guidance.
- System Expansion: If you plan to expand your energy storage system, remember that the Tewaycell Powerwall supports up to 16 units in parallel. Plan your wiring and air switch requirements accordingly for high current applications.
