6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Filling the Bean Hopper
Open the lid of the bean hopper and pour whole coffee beans into it. The hopper has a capacity of 300 grams. Close the lid securely after filling.

6.2 Selecting Grind Setting
Your BioloMix grinder offers 30 precise grind settings, from very fine for espresso to coarse for French press. Rotate the grinding settings ring to select your desired fineness. Refer to the diagram below for common brewing methods:

- Fine (1-5): Ideal for Espresso.
- Medium (6-20): Suitable for Siphon, Drip Coffee, and Pour Over.
- Coarse (21-30): Best for French Press.
6.3 Using the Control Panel
The grinder features an easy-touch LCD display for precise control:

- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the grinder.
- Select Grinding Mode: You can choose to grind by cups or by time. Press the respective icon on the display to toggle between modes.
- Adjust Quantity/Time: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the number of cups (1-12) or grinding time (1-60 seconds). Long press the buttons for rapid adjustment.
- Start Grinding: Press the start/stop button to begin grinding. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected quantity/time is reached.

6.4 Grinding Coffee
You have two options for collecting ground coffee:

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grinder. Always unplug the grinder before cleaning.
- Empty Hopper and Chamber: Remove any remaining coffee beans from the hopper and ground coffee from the chamber. The bean hopper has a locking system for easy removal and storage.
- Remove Upper Burr: Twist the upper burr counter-clockwise and lift it out.
- Clean Burrs: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove coffee grounds from both the upper and lower conical burrs.
- Clean Hopper and Chamber: Wash the bean hopper, grinding chamber, and their lids in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Clean Grinder Body: Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the motor base in water.
- Residual Cleaner: The coffee grounds residual cleaner can be pressed to help clear any remaining grounds.
- Reassemble: Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder by placing the lower burr back, then inserting and twisting the upper burr clockwise until it locks. Reattach the bean hopper and grinding chamber/portafilter cradle.
8. Troubleshooting
- Grinder does not turn on:
