Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your ENCHEN Beardo 2 Trimmer.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the trimmer's charging port.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible DC 5V power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the trimmer from the power source.

Attaching and Detaching Guide Combs

The trimmer comes with 4 detachable guide combs (3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm) for various trimming lengths.

  • To Install: Choose the appropriate length limit comb. Align the blade and buckle the limit comb into the T-head until it clicks securely into place.
  • To Remove: Press and hold the tail of the comb and gently pull it outward to remove it.

Operation

Turning On/Off

Press the power button located on the front of the trimmer to turn it on or off.

Using the Trimmer

  1. Ensure the trimmer is charged and a suitable guide comb is attached if desired.
  2. Turn on the trimmer.
  3. For trimming hair, move the trimmer against the direction of hair growth.
  4. For different styles, refer to the haircut tips:
    • Bald head (0.8-2.55mm): Put the comb parallel to the scalp, push from bottom to top and trim the sides.
    • Buzz cut (3-6mm): Put the comb parallel to the scalp, trim back hair.
    • Longer cut (9-12mm): Hold the hair with your fingers, pan along the fingers, and trim the top of the head.
  5. After use, turn off the trimmer.

Travel Lock Function

The smart travel lock prevents the trimmer from accidentally turning on during transport.

  • To activate the travel lock: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the indicator light changes or a lock symbol appears (if applicable).
  • To deactivate the travel lock: Press and hold the power button again for a few seconds.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your trimmer.

  1. Lubricate Blades: When starting to use this product, a little lubricating oil should be added to the teeth of the tool bit.

  3. Clean Blades: Remove the limit comb, remove the tool bit (if necessary), use the attached cleaning brush, and brush off the shavings in the slot part of the tool bit.

Warning: This machine is non-waterproof. Please do not rinse the body of the shaving machine with water.
